Excellent staff, superb location, friendly dogs. The glacier view cottages have fantastic views all around. Cows and horses roam up behind and nearby.

1) No cleaning done , we enquired were told rooms will not be cleaned 2) No water bottle , we had to purchase water from Spar and carry to hotel 3)About 1.5 km from City center , this 1.5 is very steep climb

The cottages had other cottages in front of us, which is expected but I would have preferred a non blocking view but it still was worth it.

Loved the location, away from the center hustle bustle, but still close to it. The balcony had a great view of the mountains, horses around.

The curtains in the windows were not working properly and it was frustrating. Internet was quite poor - often without connection.

We were located behind the restaurant, which made a lot of noise during the day. At night, they have dogs that belong to them barking which kept us all up for at least 2 nights

The road to get to is dirty and broken. Rooms look a bit outdated. Small beds. Only cheap soap and a small shower gel are provided.

Great place, cool views, there's a cafe by the place. Very nice staff Cool veranda where you can sit and watch the views. The surrounding area is great to walk around

No daily room cleaning. We stayed for three nights with single set of toiletries for two guest. Curtains falls apart if you move them. No Iron available.

Very cozy room, english speaking staff, helpful manager, comfortable bedding, near to market, ample parking space. Mt Kazbegi view to start your morning, Spacious balcony. 24/7 hot water, clean linens. Fast check in and check out. Resturent with Amazing food options. French toast is must try.

The curtains wasn't working, the sun wake us up. The location is little bit far from the center (but it’s a small town)

The hotel is on an unnamed road because there is no road. The way to the hotel especially after rain is difficult to navigate on foot with kids. The main door of the room is made of glass and there was no curtain covering the glass. Hence, anyone could peek inside our room and it did impact our privacy.

Amazing views from the property and the rooms were well lit and spacious. The restaurant Tiba in the property serves mouth watering food. It has a small menu but the food is to die for.

We tried to turn down the heat everywhere, but it was still hot at night, so we had to open the balcony door. However, it was absolutely okay since the place was incredibly quiet.

We adored the morning views of Mount Kazbegi the most. The staff was lovely and welcoming, the cottage was new and spotlessly clean, and the beds were comfortable. The cottage also has blackout drapes. Additionally, this place is unbelievably quiet, which is a rare thing here in Georgia.
