Only minus is no kitchen…. But this is a big one, we could’ve chosen somewhere else. About all the facilities that were there, we have no complaints.

It was so clean, pretty and just nice to be in. It felt like our little home in the mountains. The amount of windows also helped with that.

I wish there was a foot towel in the bathroom but the mop was a good substitute to clean the mess.

Very easy to find - the location is superb - just off the main road but far enough not to hear cars at all. We really liked the facilities - the fireplace was a nice bonus. We didn't expect to use it but we did light it up 2 times due to cold July nights. First fire is on the house but each next is 15 GEL which I think is a fair price. I'm very happy with this place - there is a mini fridge, the bed is comfy and room is very bright thanks to multiple windows all around it. There is a supermarket 10 min away by foot and plenty of other places. You have an amazing view of the mountains from the terrace

It was difficult to figure out how to lock/unlock the door.

It’s basically an added unit to their property that is not attached to their home and looks out to a nice yard and beautiful view of mountain. It is a suite with a little living room and bedroom. It is new and thoughtfully appointed with quality double pane windows and door, nice bathroom (although as is the norm, no shower enclosure-well there is a curtain). There is a water kettle with instant coffee and tea which is a nice touch.

The only thing that ruined our opinion of this place was when the last day our shower head broke. When checking out we told owners about it and offered that we can participate in costs. Participate, not pay for it and even more. We were asked to pay… 30 lari. For the shower head…maybe that was honest in owners’ opinion. In mine - not at all. Besides that everything was perfect.

Hot water pressure is a bit low in the bathroom (it was just good enough to shower)

Cozy rooms with wooden floors and vintage furniture, soft bed, great views from the window. But most importantly, a fireplace with unlimited firewood - we spent all evening just sitting there and enjoying the warmth. There's also a BBQ in the yard.

The view from the room was breathtaking, with stunning mountain scenery all around. We stayed for a days, and the location was perfect for exploring Kazbegi. Overall, an amazing experience!

Nothing. Maybe, it would be good to have in the room a couple of dinner plates. Also, the floor in the shower room is rather cold (maybe only in winter). So I would recommend guests bring some rubber slippers.

I stayed in the double room with the fireplace. The place was warm (there is a gas heater and you can regulate the temperature) and very quiet (no dog barking, no noise from neighbors or traffic). The bed was very comfortable and the linen was clean and fresh. Overall, it was very clean in the room. There was a small fridge, two wine glasses, two tea cups, a corkscrew, a kettle, a couple of teaspoons, tea bags, sugar, and instant coffee. Firewood is free although the letter from the property warned about the need to pay for additional supplies. There are two food stores nearby (Magniti and Nikora) where you can buy food and drinks. On the central square, there is a cafe across the water spring you can buy good coffee and pastries (lobiani, khachapuri).
