I would have loved instructions on where to clear trash bins to keep areas clean for longer than 1 day stay, hot water is tricky - and the shower feels like it needs some maintenance. I did read the reviews before going and noticed all previously mentioned recommendations are resolved by the property manager. The property is excellent.

The location is perhaps one of the BEST in the entire area, you can see this once you visit the Church and find your beautiful gorgeous glamping area to the farthest of the eye from the top. Also, watching horses graze, queue and run through fields in the morning and evening have been an absolute highlight. The property is what is written here on paper, manage your expectations that this is GLAMPING - fancy camping, nothing less, nothing more. And it delivers.

It could be a bit challenging reaching the place as no proper signs are in place and the place requires a bit of off-roading to reach.

Our stay was good overall, however just highlighting some things that needs maintenance: 1. Door locks are not smooth. It was hard to close the door everytime . Needs maintenance 2. TV wall mount was damaged and was hanging all the time . Needs maintenance 3. The bathroom has some water heater issue. When shower was opened, water comes very cold, then very hot, then mild then again cold etc. Random. It was not one constant temperature even for a minute. this requires fix. Needs maintenance

I checked many cottages in kazbegi and finally finalized glamping based on reviews. And we had very good stay. my little kids enjoyed staying at glamping with horses and cows roaming around with a mountain view from room . Lot of scenic spots for kids to play. We also made use of the adjacent 5054 property's swing for the kids to play. Since we had our car & driver, it was easier to reach the spot and also to visit good restaurants around, tourist location etc. We tried plenty of georgian food in kazbegi, shawarma , some indian food too. All were worth it. Overall it was a good stay .

We had a water problem during our stay. Toilets and shower did not work quite as they should, so it was a little bit o lf struggle.

The View from the Glamping is just amazing!! Best way to start the day. And the Dogs!! Most friendly lovely neighborhood ever.

Nothing major, was a bit confused about how to operate the room heater as there was no instructions given in advance. Good to have that instruction part of the checkin process. Can make the cubicle even more beautiful with some warm lights instead of the plane incandescent lighting.

This was my second time staying at Kazbegi Glamping, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. The cottage has no AC while it’s August so it was so hot inside and smelly when we checked in also no water inside. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable at all and it hurts our back.

Couldve kept bit more clean especially outside the house. There was an unpleasant smell inside. Found difficult to take shower. I would suggest keep some basic stuffs like water bottles, tissue paper, tea/coffee.

Unfortunately, the cabin felt a little rushed in its construction, and not very solid. For example, the shower is not properly attached to the wall; the toilet is not secure on the floor; and most fittings are loose. During the day cows would graze under the cabin, which is not an issue itself, but they kept knocking the platform the cabin is on and the whole thing would shake. There was also an issue with the water pump which made a loud noise every minute - the only solution to sleep was to turn the water off for both cabins on the property. The location is not as remote as we expected, it appears many other huts have been built in this area recently. But the mountains are spectacular and you are very close!

No privacy; cottage no. 2 use cottage no. 1 stairs (the only stair) and walk in front of cottage no. 1. Also, cows owner let their cows go under the cottages and rest during the day time causing bad smells and potential danger to the kids. Also, the cowboy enters the gate at any time and walks around the cottages without respecting the tenants of the cottages and their privacy. (Picture attached). Noise comes and goes what seems to be coming from a water pump during the night. When it finally stops, there was no water in the kitchen nor in toilet until we left the property in the morning. The bed is fine but bed linens are old overused. The curtains need maintenance to compensate the zero privacy in the property. The cottage is so small and needs some maintenance.

It was generally dirty (a lot of dust and trash under the sofa), drainage system in there shower worked poorly, the bed was screeching all the time, lots of noises from batteries in the night, there was no conditioner
