The owners were super friendly on arrival, a nice selection available for breakfast and the view overlooking Gergeti Church and Mount Kazbegi is absolutely stunning!

The rooms did not have any ACs , it was slightly warm during the night (stay was in August when the climate wasn't cold outside)

The host was welcoming and kind and accommodating to our dietary restrictions. We were very satisfied with the place. The bidet in the room was helpful.

You have to pay cash only. You don't get off through Booking and they don't accept credit cards. Beds are not that comfortable. Breakfast is mediocre.

Kazbegi 4U is a wonderful hotel! The proprietor is helpful and kind. This is the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at - the room and bathroom were spotless! Breakfast is delicious. The views are incredible, and it was a treat to be able to sit on my patio and stare at the mountains. WiFi connection is good, and I was able to take a couple of work meetings with no issue. Unbeatable value. Highly recommend, I would happily return.

Amazing Hotel. Location is excellent,next to centre. Our room had a beautiful mountain view. Owner was very nice . She helped us with everything we needed. If you come to Kazbegi, this is the place for an wonderful stay.

There was no kettle or tea/ coffee maker ii the room. Everytime we had to go downstairs for having tea which was tiresome.

Location was great. Hotel was cute and clean more like a homestay. Owners were kind and polite. Rooms were cozy.

Everything was good, the only “problem” is the location - it’s a bit too up and far from the bus station, and when you arrive with heavy bags it’s unpleasant to get up to the spot

Everything - polite and welcoming staff, large room with a good view, everything was perfectly clean, very pleasant bathroom, nice homemade breakfast. Also on the second day we decided to go hiking for several hours and the owners let us leave heavy backpacks at the hotel, and when we came back they also let us sit in the dining room and prepared coffee with sweets. That was very pleasant and over our expectations.

The hotel has clean rooms and bathrooms. The owner was very helpful in arranging taxis post check-out. The mountain view rooms have a fantastic view. The breakfast was good too.

Two things that I missed in the room: wardrobe and big mirror (full body mirror).

That was an amazing stay! The hotel is small and cute and is owned by a family. Everyone was very welcoming and positive. The room was clean and furniture was new. View from the balcony was breathtaking. Breakfast was very tasty. I want to say my huge thanks to the hotel owners as it was a perfect stay. If I come again, I would love to stay in this hotel again.
