The family who runs this guest house is absolutely amazing! They were so sweet, welcoming and accommodating. The location is perfect, close to the center/bus stop as well as the main hiking trails. Completely recommend staying here and wish I would stay longer!

The host is a sweet woman and her 12 year old son speaks very good English. The room is spacious and has comfortable bedding. There are nice restaurants nearby like Panaroma.

The elders seemed to be confused that I had a booking.com reservation haha but the child in the house spoke english very well and we were all sorted out.

The older gentleman welcomed me with tea and some cookies for my hike! I dropped off my bag early in the morning and came back to it already stashed in the room. When I headed out for a short hike later in the day, the same gentleman immediately offered his last piece of the watermelon he was enjoying outside! Such sweet hosts! The room was large with a private bath, and quite modern! The shower was hot and the blankets thick and heavy. I had a great night's sleep!

Of course no one's fault but it was raining the whole time during my 4 day stay. When asked about the weather conditions before traveling to Kazbegi, the host said the weather was ok and hiking was possible, but in fact I barely managed to step out to get groceries. Maybe some more honesty would have been appreciated here.

Everything was perfect, nice location overlooking the town, clean and functional apartment with kitchen and bathroom. Comfy bed and warm environment even with very cold temperatures outside. The young boy is managing the rent and speaks good English.

Amazing room, so cozy, spacious and pretty, I loved everything about it. I liked the decorations and the size, it's a little studio apartment. I booked for one night and stayed for much longer. The family is very sweet, super responsive and helpful, the view from the room and balcony is amazing, right at the mountains and perfect for star gazing. Location is perfect, short walk to town, just across the river, and away from the bustle. The rooms are kept warm and cozy in winter. I especially love the little but fully functional kitchen and sitting area. With the beautiful view, I spent some days drawing and writing here. It's my favourite place so far in Georgia

A cozy and clean apartment with a stunning view and everything needed for a short stay in Kazbegi. Great location ~10 minutes to the tourist centre/supermarket/bus stop. The hosts are really helpful and nice people. I’m so grateful and happy about my stay.

From outside place looks like simple country side house, with wooden stairs leading to accomodation. But accomodation is well equiped, fulfilling our needs. Host was friendly and caring.

Amazing family guest house right in front of stunning mountain, super clean room and very confortable bed. The family is amazing, you can park motorcycle or car and walk around. Close to kazbegi and market . Hope to return soon!

Nothing bad, but a few minor things could be improved: - no soap / sponge to wash your plates - missing a trash bin in the room - shower curtain to keep the bathroom dry

- spaceous and comfortable - have your own heating, bathroom, waterkettle - quite place. Good location inbetween Gergeti and Stepanzminda. 6min by foot to the busstation - very friendly and welcoming hosts
