Hotel is in a very cosy position to visit city and not so far from the airport. Host is kind and very available to home guests and give all the advises. Roma was clean and enough big with a very comfortable bed. Very good value for money

In quiet residential neighborhood. 15min walk to city center, but it's cheap for a taxi ride (3 gel) Good hot breakfast and you can set at your own time. Can store luggage. I had a room with private bathroom so it's nice. Hot shower. Can use kitchen facility for free and 5 gel for washing machine. Has clothline to hang laundry. Google Map is a few houses off and I had to knock on 2 wrong doors to find the place. Market is around the corner. Owner is friendly and can speak English.

Everything about our stay was simply perfect. The hotel was clean, cozy, and very well maintained, but what truly made it special was the owner. Extremely kind, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and what impressed us most was how understanding and flexible the owner was — even adjusting the breakfast time to suit each guest’s schedule, no matter how early! That level of care is rare and truly appreciated. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a personal, thoughtful experience — and I’ll definitely be coming back!

The accommodation was very clean, cozy, and in a good location. Both the place and the people were friendly and helpful. If I come back to Kutaisi, I’ll definitely choose Mebo House again.

The hotel itself is very cozy and clean. Due to its location, everything is within a few minutes’ walk. The warm welcome from the hosts made my visit very special. They were always asking if I needed anything in my room and even helped me organize the smallest details. Breakfast was included in my booking. It was nutritious and delicious! Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality.

Mattresses! Those were so hard and I could feel springs with every breath (since I was in a triple bed room, I used the covers from the other beds as pads for a very uncomfortable and hard mattresses). Although the house is in the quiet area of town, having the owner upstairs, I could hear them walking/stomping and chairs screeching floors.

The property was located on a hillside of Kutaisi and although there were directions, it was a bit of challenge for me to find it since I arrived late evening (it was dark). The owner lives upstairs and showed the room as well as provided further details. It's a private two story house with the first floor turned into "hotel" and the family lives upstairs. Breakfast was good with a couple of choices cheese, fruits, and veggies. The owner makes omelet for breakfast for all guests. Guests can use kitchen and refrigerator for their convenience. Bathroom had shower curtain, clean towels (I can't recall if there were shampoo and shower gel). Water pressure was good. Wifi is available although I didn't use it as I had my own.

Misunderstood private bathroom. In this case, it wasn't an ensuite. It was across the hallway. Guests using kitchen at 11pm. My room was next door. Got a bit noisy.

Wonderful hosts: very helpful. Nice outdoor area: good for socialising. Good breakfasts. Not far from the main square.

The owners Giga and Tamara were wonderful! The room was big and clean, with a big window on a nice garden. Perfect location if you have a car because you can park outside and also walk to the very centre of the city in 10 minutes, which in my opinion would be too crowded and noisy to sleep in anyways. Super recommended!

This is my second stay in Mebo House. I had same great stay experience, everything was clean and u can also wash your clothes in the washing machine but I didn’t do that, the host , Giorgi has the all can do attitude so with this there’s nothing to worry about , he will do an extra mile to assist you. I do lots of things and tend to missed something , he will be there to sort things out for u which I really appreciate. With that, my holidays went well as planned. Mebo house is just a few minutes walk to the city centre ,I always enjoy my morning walk to go to my tour agency , the area is quiet,peaceful and safe….I wish Giorgi all the best so as the Mebo House.

This was the last property I stayed at on my 3 weeks journey through Georgia. The location is good and the owners really special people. You’ll feel the warm welcome as soon as you arrive. Big and comfy double bed, clean sheets, modern bathroom, shower with a good pressure and hot water, strong wifi, fully equipped kitchen and A/C…those luxuries are there for you to enjoy. In the evening, Giorgi will invite you to taste his wine and chacha and you’ll end up having a conversation (in Giorgi’s perfect english) like with an old friend. Thank you for everything and I for sure will be back 🙏🏻❤️

Very nice apartment close to the city center (10-15 min. walk). Room was very nice with tasty breakfasts. Breakfast is at any time you want so it is very practical. The owner is very kind and helpful. I recommend you stayling in Mebo House :)

It was my first time to stay in a guest house and I didn’t know what to expect. But the owner, Giorgi happily welcomed me when I arrived. I was relieved to know that he speak English well , so to communicate wouldn’t be a problem during my stay. The room I got is what I booked, similar in the photo. I’m very particular w windows and mine has a big window. The bathroom is clean and water pressure was amazing, water heater worked well..You can book with or without breakfast and if u did, he will ask you what time would u like it to be ready in the morning….Overall, Mebohouse is a perfect place to stay if u prefer a quiet neighborhood, location is convenient, just few minutes walk to the centre. And great value for money.
