Nice hotel. Tasty breakfast

Disappointed there wasn't a balcony and the large gap between the bottom of the room door and floor meant we got a lot of noise from the corridor.

Dirty walls in room

Good location with a great view from the balcony, overlooking Mount Kazbek. Comfortable rooms.

Very limited spread for breakfast buffet. Lifts keep getting stuck. No one to help with luggage.

The view was amazing.

The check-in process was extremely long. We had to wait for an hour after the official check-in time for our second room to be ready. The check-in manager was not involved and unwilling to help. I asked if there were any other rooms with a terrace were available , since ours didn’t have any. The manager forgot to call us back, and I had to follow up several times. Water from the shower started flooding the bathroom floor, and we had to use towels to cover it. The door was damaged and covered with mold — something I consider unacceptable for a four-star hotel. We also had an issue with a promotional SOLO discount. We saw an offer and wanted to get this discount at the hotel, but the manager said it was not possible and that bookings had to be made directly with the hotel, not through booking platforms. Of course, we didn’t know this, as there was no note or any other information on the offer page. When the new hotel manager took over, we were offered compensation in the form of glasses of wine. The previous manager again showed no involvement in solving the situation, simply saying, “No, you can’t do that.” Breakfast was ok, but not the exceptional as it was mentioned in the previous reviews.

There’s nothing in rooms you can put your stuff in and towels and robes are too old and torn.. also showers need some repair, it’s nearly impossible to take a shower

Staff is Great They Even Make breakfast for us at 7:30 instead of 08:00 because we asked for it. 🤍

i was honestly shocked when the waiter at breakfast told us we couldn’t make our own coffee in the lounge — we had a v60 set with us — and that we’d be fined 500 GEL for it. apparently, drinking your own tea or coffee is forbidden in the hotel lobby and breakfast area. isn’t that a bit ridiculous?

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. It was very quiet and relaxing — just what I needed. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to come back again. Thank you for the great experience!

One small suggestion: it would be even better if the breakfast were more varied, and the restaurant menu had a bit more diversity.
