Everything was perfect! Eliso and her husband were wonderful hosts — always helpful and kind. The room was very clean and quiet at night. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and my friends and I were very satisfied with our stay at their guesthouse. The rooms are located on a quiet street very close to the city center. We highly recommend them and will definitely stay with them again if we return.

Light coming through from outside window, with no curtains to block. Super cold shared corridor as air con set very low. Shower without curtain. Floor dried quick as summer. Could be a pain in winter.

Good location close to the main square and amenities. Lovely view of Bagrati Cathedral from the property. Awesome value.

We enjoyed staying in this charming guesthouse. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. We were welcomed in with a glass of homemade wine but otherwise didn't see much of the host. The guesthouse is an easy walk from the centre of Mestia and is also handy to shops and cafes. We would happily stay again.

Only cash payment. The person who speaks fluent english was never in the house, so communication was not as easy as we expected. But it was minimal issue because when they saw you wanted anything and they couldn't understand they phone the person who speaks english.

House was clean and nice. Location is very convenient, just 5 minutes walking from Colchis Fountain. We stayed 3 nights, and during the last day another friend joined us, so they put us in the 3 bed bedroom from the beginning. Host provided airport shuttle at small hours (50gel fee)

Booking.com did not charge for the room at the time the booking was made and the proprietor only accepts cash in local currency. No credit cards allowed. Very inconvenient payment scheme.

The only thing I didn’t like is the smell in the bathroom - I think the ventilation valve is broken and should be fixed asap. Anything else was perfect!

I stayed there for 3 nights and I loved it. The guesthouse is located in a very quiet and calm place, just a few min walk from the center of Kutaisi old town. The owners are very friendly and smiley; they don’t speak english but the daughter does and she was always available and ready to help. The bed is comfortable and towels are provided. I appreciated the extra blanket. The guests can also use a little fridge outside the bedrooms - very useful.

Everything was perfect

Perfect place to discover Kutaissi-right in the center, just 2 minutes from the green market. Clean and comfy room with own bathroom. Kind owners, and private parking! Thank you again

The room was a bit too hot and the window faces a common corridor which makes it a bit more difficult to vent. Although, the room has a ceiling fan.

The room and shared kitchen were very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was well decorated and had a table with 2 chairs and a hanger, really good quality for the price and other standards we have seen in this country. Great views of the cathedral from the house. Host was nice and offered us wine when she saw us having dinner in the common areas.

No possibility of breakfast but supermarkets were very close, so not a big problem.

The location was very good and quiet, the hosts were super kind and helpful although they don't really speak English but their daughter was translating, very cosy and confortable room, wifi worked.

You will not stay in a nicer guesthouse than this one during your stay in Georgia! They have thought of every comfort for their guests: thick cotton sheets, warm blankets, fully stuffed pillows, bedside lamps, shelves to unpack your things, towel hooks, spacious and newly renovated rooms and the list goes on... I have never in all my travels come across a place that is so clean. Every corner including the kitchen is spotless! The owner and her daughter are very welcoming. The daughter speaks excellent English and both are happy to answer any questions and to help with arranging transportation. Highly recommended!!
