Warm and comfortable stay at very hospitable host Gegi, who made us feel very welcome with fruit and cold water. Large room facing a green and quiet garden. We found the bedding comfortable. Very near the cathedral and an easy 15-20 min walk into centre of town. Great value for money!

We were with a car so the location outside of the city didn't bother us! We were welcomed by the owner's father who gave us wine and fruit and we had Very interesting conversations through google translate! What an authentic hospitality experience...relax and enjoy it!

No fridge :) but the host will bring some cool wine for you

I loved the local experience Gegi was very helpful and kind. We recommend the airport pickup because it is easy and you don’t have to carry your luggage up the hill. It is a peaceful property on top of the hill full of greenery.

Jubi, the host, was incredibly nice and helpful. He made us feel very welcome from day one. He even offered us a ride to the grocery store and drove us to the bus station on our last day, where we caught our bus to the next destination. He said goodbye with a delicious cake! The place itself was super clean, and the view from the terrace was lovely. You can get to the city in about 10 minutes walking, but keep in mind that the return is uphill—after a long day of walking, you might want to take a taxi, which only costs 1–2 euros. Overall, it was a pleasant experience :)

The Bagrath Cathedral is not far away. Hospitable host. Before leaving, the owner gave us a bottle of Chacha

The location is in a mountainous area, it will be difficult for older people to walk, but that's not a problem, you can order a taxi, you will get to the center with a taxi quickly and for a good price

The host was very friendly, it was very quite. Nice garden. The host offered us wine, fruits and cake, which was very nice!

The bathroom was slightly cold, but honnestly the weather outside was horrible and we kept the door of the bathroom closed (else it would have been warmer).

Very nice man, although he hardly speaks English. He's using the translater on his phone. The airco was great during the heatwave!

It's quite a walk uphill from the center. In the sun with heavy luggage it's killing, otherwise it's okay.

Very nice guesthouse with friendly host. You are 6min walk from Bagradi Church where youcqn enjoy a nice viewpoint of the city. City is max 10min by walk! If you have a car, there is room for parking, a nice plus in this city! Also note that if you are an AC afficionado, there is AC in the room.

The owner Jubi was absolutely great. Very friendly, sociable and helpful. He helped us with everything we asked for. He recommended a restaurant, took us to the market, organized tours around the area. He went with us to the sea. He offered us fresh peaches, figs, tomatoes and homemade wine. We ate outside on the terrace. He made our stay in Kutaisi unforgettable.

Hospitable, friendly, sociable owner. treated with Georgian homemade wine. The guest house is located on a hill, just a 10-minute walk from the city center. There is a beautiful garden and a veranda with a nice view of the mountains. The rooms are cozy, clean, the kitchen is especially clean and spacious. Thank you Jubi.

Guesthouse is located on a hill and and it is only 15 minutes by foot from citycentre. There are only two rooms for guests so it would not been crowded during high season and for these two rooms you have great two living rooms and a terrace with an excelent view. But the most important and unique in this guesthouse is its landlord - he is the best example of georgian hospitality and it was pleasure to chat with him. He could also could organize for you a tranfer to/from airport and to local nature attractions wich could be hard to reach if you do not have your own car there.
