Very comfy and old school stylish accommodation in the city center. Kind and helpful host.

I had a great time. The room was clean. I had my own kitchen and bathroom. The yard was green and beautiful. The host tried to create a warm and comfortable environment for me. I am very grateful. If I had time, I would have stayed longer. <3

Very nice host. The place is clean. Nice view from the garden which is in the front of the house. There is a bench with the table. We had a nice breakfast there. There is a towel, sheets, pot, kitchen and cutlery. Easy to park on the front of the building. Quite neighbourhood.

Without a car you need to walk around 15-20min to the park/centre sourrindings.

The Onwer was nice. The day we visited this place was Snowing and freeze (-8 degree). So it was not much warn inside the room.

Hot Water was having some trouble.

incredible nice owners, who were super friendly and welcoming! They picked us up from the hospital when we had to go and called us a taxi when we wanted to leave, basically they were trying to help in every situation they could. The room was super cozy, we had a nice kitchen to cook in and a nice garden to sit in. Can only recommend!

Good accommodation, though it's located a little far at the hill top. If you're going walking, there's a shortcut through stairs upwards, located between the buildings. I've attached photos to easily reach it. The lady is friendly, beds are comfy and a private bathroom. Sitting area outside with a beautiful view! Quiet, calm, privacy is respected in this place, good for families too.

Fortunately, we stayed just one night. We couldn't have held out any longer. When we left, the host asked us if we were satisfied and if there was anything she could improve. We could only laugh tiredly about it. Because we had neither the time nor the desire to list the huge list of shortcomings. We said that everything was fine. She was so arrogant to ask us to rate the property with 10. We didn't feel welcome in the property. Everything were showen however it felt like it was under duress. Mattress is sagging. Bedsheets are dirty. We suggest it wasn't changed after the previous guests. Therefore we slept in clothes. Mould is in the bathroom and kitchen. The fridge was dirty, and it smelled disgusting. We didn't want to use it at all. The room itself wasn't really clean. During the payment, the host tried to keep change. The host argued that I don't have coins. We insisted forthe change, and suddenly the change was found.

Good variant for a short stay in Borjomi. What we like the most: 1. 20 minutes from the center of the town. 2. Own bathroom and kitchen. 3. Supermarket "2 Nabiji" nearby (5 minutes). 4. Cosy neighborhood: private houses with gardens. 5. Very warm room with heating.

Everything was excellent, Be careful - the guesthouse is located on the hill. So you should climb one of the ladders to come to Gamarjveba street from Rustaveli Street.

Nice terrace in front of the house to sit and have a coffee. Useful kitchen. If you don't mind walking, the lokation is in a nice quiet area.

The bathroom was not very clean with bold in the ceiling which smelled badly. One of the beds had dirt on the sheet. There was a dog (maybe belonging to the family) who was being aggressive and not making us feel very welcome

The hostess, Inna, is very hospitable and she greeted us with a big smile. We chatted briefly although we arrived a little late in the evening- after 9pm. The room was clean with a private bathroom in it. The place was warm as our room was close to the radiator outside in the hall. There is a lovely garden and benches to sit all around the garden. It was nice to wake up to the singing of the birds.

We really enjoyed our stay in this guesthouse! The owners are very nice and friendly, they welcomed us although we came a bit late and were always ready to help if needed. We came here during winter season, so it was cool, but Inna and her husband prepared warm blankets and a heater for us. Thank you so much! They a;so treated us with their homemade wine which is really good! I guess here we experienced real Georgian hospitality :) The location is also nice - it's a bit remote and quiet, it's really easy and pleasant to walk around.
