All was great value for money! The apartment is quite old but clean and with good wifi. Take into consideration: stairs, no A/C ( didn’t bother us)

Lovely place with garden outside. Large apartment that suites a family ( up to 6 people) Can prepare food. The host is wonderful and very helful and attentive. Prepared 2 fans as there’s o a/c. Great air at the garden. There’s option to order food during the day and do laundry Walking distance from the white bridge that head to the city parks. 50m walk from change, SPAR 24/7 market, and even a small hospital, which we needed.

What a lovely place! Host was very attentive, house is fully furnished and well equipped! Spotless clean and homely! I have stayed in Borjomi many times before and let me tell you this is the best option, great value of money. P.s garden has cute gazebo-like space and you can access it anytime!

We enjoyed our stay very very much. Mirza and his wife are the best hosts. The breakfast is so generous and the house is in a great location to explore the forest of Borjomi and also close to supermarkets and restaurants. We definitely recommend Green Rose guesthouse when you visit Borjomi.

This is a wonderful guesthouse with a very friendly and welcoming host. The room was spotlessly clean and we had a thoroughly restful time staying here. The host helped us with information on local hiking routes and we would not hesitate to recommend staying here.

The door of one of bathrooms was creaking.

Very pleasant and quiet place with a nice garden suitable for relaxing, excellent for a group of friends. The house is located close to the town centre, with shops open 24/7 in a close proximity. The host was extremly helpful, giving useful advices and helping with arrangment of transportation.

Everything was quite nice, the only minor nuisance I encountered is the hot water, as it was actually quite cold and impossible to set the temperature on my side.

The hosts were extremely friendly and they picked us me and my friend when we could not find the accommodation. On top of this the price quality ratio is truly amazing.
