I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The owner was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly made the stay special.

Very comfortable. Tea coffee on the house and an electric kettle and crockery. Great view of mountains from bed room as well as ground floor. Comfortable sofas to relax. Beautiful paintings by Georgian artists in the house. I am an artist so was much happy to see art. And Gorgie is a great man. I could learn a lot from him about Stepantsminda since his family is from here for many many generations. He is a TRUE Georgian mountain man!

Very good guesthouse, perhaps the best value-for-money option in Stepantsminda. Excellent location, central square is 3 min by feet, with all amenities - grocery, exchange, restaurants. Everything was perfectly clean. Awesome balcony with direct view on Kazbegi mountain! The guesthouse itself is located in stylish building. For guests there's a dining room at the first floor, with a fridge, microwave and electric teakettle. There's also free tea and instant coffee available. Hostess is wonderful and nice, we had a free upgrade to a room with personal bathroom.

Host was great. There is a comfortable living room where we can find our break with some coffee & tea, chocolate and organic apples. Also we can prepare our light dinner here because it's raining. We had an experience for small talking and sharing with other tourists from different countries. Perfect location for carrying 15 kgs bag pack to find the hose. Very close to bus station from/to Tbilisi, Supermarket and restaurants. Very nice Trinity Church Cathedral view from house's balcony.

Occasionally a bad smell would come through the drains in the bathroom.

The host treats you like a guest in your house rather than a “customer”. You get a glimpse into a Georgian house. The rooms are comfortable and our view to mount Kazbeg was amazing. The breakfast is delicious, and once the house discovered we liked her Turkish coffee she offered to us every morning.
