The hosts are amazing! The location is good, at the quiet street, not far from the center. The room was clean. The house has a large balcony with a nice view, it's nice to have your breakfast there. Host Giorgi offered us homemade wine and chacha, shared with us tasty watermelon and pleasant conversation. Hostess Natia was very helpful when I needed help with wine stain on my white shorts. All in all, the experience was 10 out of 10. If we decide to visit Sighnaghi again, there is no doubt where we'll be staying 🤩

I stayed for 5 days and felt so welcomed from the start. The place was very clean, the shower had great water pressure, and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was so generous I couldn’t even finish it! Thank you so much, Gorgy and Nadia! It was also lovely to briefly meet Nino on the last day. I hope to see you again someday!

Giogi was a welcoming host, ready with homemade wine and fruit on the balcony. He organised to drive us to wineries for a day. And it was the most comfortable bed!

Hospitable host who offered us wine and fresh fruit as soon as we arrived. Clean room. About 10 minute walk to the old town.

Very charming guesthouse with friendly owners who serve fantastic local breakfast on their lovely terrace. Highly recommended when staying in Sighnaghi, also suitable for families with one or two kids.

The place is clean and cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace offers stunning mountain views. What truly stands out are the hosts: warm, supportive, and attentive to every detail. It’s everything you could want in a guesthouse, thank you!

The stay was really peaceful, surrounded by mountains. The hosts was really helpful in throughout my time there. Even though there was language barrier, we were able to communicate properly using translation apps. There is WiFi available and all other amenities were also available like WM, Fridge, Microwave and all other stuff related to kitchen in a shared kitchen basis. One private room with bathroom was given to us having a small window overlooking mountains.

The rooms are really small as this is a home stay concept with 5-6 rooms in the whole property. Sound insulation is not at all there which means all the bathroom running tap water sounds will come to neighbouring rooms.

The host’s behaviour was very pleasant and helpful. Very clean rooms and linen. Very clean bathroom. We cannot ask for more that price. Market is very near and u can cook yourself in the kitchen and eat at the open terrace(can be closed as well). Very good for family gatherings. More over they have washing machine and dryer which is a plus if you’re visiting on rainy days. Lastly they provided home made white wine and chacha (complimentary)-drink responsibly :)

The host greeted us warmly on arrival and showed us the entire place. The rooms were very spacious and comfy, with all the amenities you could ask for. The bathrooms were amazing. The balcony gives a beautiful view of hills and a good place to chill and sit in the sun.

The location is not in the city center, but you can find all the things nearby at a walking distance.
