It’s a lovely place with very kind owner, who helped me a lot when I left my phone in the taxi! My room was spacious and the house has a very nice courtyard with hammocks and lights to rest in the afternoon or evening.

We stayed for two nights at Guest House Panda and were absolutely delighted! The accommodation was spotless, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is ideal – close to the center of Kutaisi, yet in a quiet area that offers peace and relaxation. The best part, however, was the hospitality! The hosts were incredibly welcoming, kind, and eager to help us with everything – from restaurant recommendations and sightseeing tips to arranging transportation to and from the airport. They truly made us feel like part of their family! If we ever come back to Kutaisi, we will definitely stay at Guest House Panda again. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and comfortable stay in Georgia!

The only thing that can get a little irritating is the neighbouring dogs. They bark A LOT and our room was on the side nearest to them which meant we could hear them barking every time someone exists and enters the property. Not much the family can do about it I guess, although the family dog was sometimes barking right outside of our room.

First and foremost, the family are so welcoming and are happy to help you with anything. There was a very cute lady who helped with our laundry, even hung up our wet clothes, gave us fruits from the tree as well as homemade Kachapuri...the room itself was super clean and very comfortable with good WiFi connection. They brought us fresh towels after a few days. There are multiple grocery stores nearby, the 'Family' store across the road even has a really nice delicatessen with lost of veggies, breads and meats. On foot it takes roughly 10 mins to reach the centre.

Location is 20min walk from centre. Host (mother-in-law) was not around during check in time, so another guest and I hung around waiting to check in.

A bit long walk to the center by heat, the marshrutka we found quite in the end. My kid missed tv....

I liked the hosts - very friendly and helpful. We didn´t expect a hammock. My son found it great! In the room you have everything you need and a supermarket is also nearby.

A had a little trouble finding the place at first; even the Bolt driver didn't know. There are not many restaurants in this area, but you can walk at least ten minutes toward the center for more restaurant options..

Big private room, two beds, couch, private bathroom, secure door, air conditioning, metal kettle. Nice hosts. Location near supermarkets but away from the street. Great value!
