Perfect location , nice rooms, all needed equipment. Amazing host!

It’s very central and you can walk everywhere without needing a car. The room is spacious and clean with a nice bathroom. The owners are super helpful and the breakfast is excellent. We enjoyed our time here!

It’s not really a cottage as there are other properties and households around, however you still have your independent house with kitchen and bathroom which is good. Parking is a bit tricky but they’re happy to help.

The place was nice, hosts were very welcoming

There was no internet the whole day and night And we weren't told about that until we asked what the issue was. I had to work late at night and I couldn't. The bathroom ventilator was broken. Bathroom shower part had mold between tiles. White towels were clean but yellowish, so I think they just didn't bother to put some extra effort and disinfect them and make them whiter. Bathroom mirror was very old and very high on the wall. Toilet seat was broken. Toilet flush button was broken and didn't stop the water from going inside the toilet 🚽 Overall the place was very crowded, very small yard for parking, all neighbors 5-10 meters away, kids shouting and making noise all evening.

We enjoyed a lot, its very close to city center, the landlady is very kind and helpful. Delicious breakfast and super clean. Definitely will come back!

The owner was particularly helpful in warm hearted. When we came there, she let us choose which room we preferred amongst several available and we had a lovely room with for our family with one double bed is so far and a single bed in the main part of the building, which was very clean, cool and well equipped. The breakfast was fantastic omlet, mini- pancakes, salad, saussages, and they just kept coming until we said to stop! The owner also offered us a nice glass of wine during the afternoon. We could also do our washing. The location is in town, in walking range of many pretty good restaurants.

Very clean and quite accommodation, with a comfortable bed and good shower. The kindhearted hostess Ia is very helpful .I really enjoyed the breakfast .It's a great location to be in beautiful Borjomi it's a short walk to Borjomi Park and Railway Station, and a pleasant stroll to Borjomi Central park.

No problem at all"—that’s the phrase you'll hear every time. Whatever you ask for, the answer is always, "No problem." I wanted breakfast early—no problem. A bit later—no problem. I asked for a specific dish—no problem. Even when I requested a late checkout by two hours—still, no problem. I really appreciated their quick response and caring attitude. The place is very clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near Indian restaurants. The hosts are genuinely kind-hearted and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Borjomi. During my entire trip across Georgia, I stayed in five different places, and I would rate this one as number one in terms of care and hospitality. I absolutely loved their breakfast!

There is nothing to stay

Borjomi cottages is in the perfect location in Borjomi. Iya is a wonderful host and everything was perfect.

Great location, extremely accommodating hostess! We were traveling for several weeks and she kindly allowed us to wash a large load of clothes that she line dried for us. We cooked some meals in our room, but her breakfast was very good and reasonably priced at 15 Gel pp.

Great location, comfortable bed, clean, the host was super nice. We were offered to stay in the big house because it’s winter time, so we had a little kitchen in our room, too.

It doesn’t actually look like the cover photo. There are other houses right in front of this. I wouldn’t call this a cottage to be honest. It was cold as snow in the winter even though the heater was on. There was no AC remote to turn on the heat mode. The toilet flush caused issues in the second room as there are 3 of them. No biggie overall:)
