My wife and I had a wonderful stay in this house. The atmosphere was so cozy and homelike that we felt as if we were visiting good friends rather than just renting accommodation. We especially want to praise the hostess – an incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming person. She was always ready to help, give advice, and make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. It’s clear she puts her heart into this home and truly cares about her guests. We are sincerely grateful for the warm hospitality and already know that we would be happy to come back again. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and a genuine home-like atmosphere!

The hosts are very hospitable, friendly, and always ready to help. They offered us treats and gave useful advice about what to see and where to go. The location is also great close to both the airport and the city center.

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.

An incredibly kind lady welcomed us late at night and treated us to wine and watermelon — we felt completely at home. The room was very clean, comfortable, and modernized; it had a fridge, air conditioning, a hairdryer, and wonderful beds. Thank you so much — we will definitely come back, more than once!

The hostel is located in a quiet area. The room itself was very clean, well-maintained and looked just like the pictures. All the amenities and items that were described on the website were in the room. The lady at the front desk was very nice and answered all our questions. If I were to return to Kutaisi I would definitely choose to stay here. I would definitely recommend the place.

We had a great time, the room was nice and well equipped. The host is super kind. The location is great if you need to go to the airport. (approx. 20 minutes)

Everything was perfect, early and easy check in, the host is super kind. She offered a transfer to the airport, for cheaper than the taxis out there. She also gave me a glass of their home made wine 🍷

The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the house was easy to reach from the Marshrutka-station. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. In fact, they got up in the middle of the night to drive me to the airport.

I really enjoyed staying in this house. The hosts are friendly, speak English and Russian. They were very kind, gave me everything I need for my stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. Also a bathroom. It’s not far from the airport. I had a flight at 6am and the host offered me to drive me for the airport for not a big amount of money :) I will definitely stay here once more when visiting Kutaisi!

At first I got lost, the address on Google maps isn’t correct. There are pictures in the hotel gallery, you can find it as a guidance to find the hotel.

A true family-run inn that welcomed us with friendliness and cosiness! The lovely family of 5 (maybe more?) was the highlight of our short night's stay at this inn. Mia (sorry if I got the name wrong!) the grandma speaks limited but usually sufficient English was so nice to offer us a ride to the centre to exchange more cash and buy the minivan tickets for the next morning on a rainy night, patiently waited for us in the car and asked information about the vans for us. The daughter can speak English and was the translator for the family, the little boy and girl were so cute although a little shy, and the grandpa generously gave me a big bottle of water when I went out to ask for some drinking water late at night. The room was clean, well-facilitated, and prepared. It was simple and small, but there was nothing to complain about for our needs.

Fantastic acomodation, very nice host, offered super early morning drive zo airport for standard price. Room offers cofee equipment, clean bathroom. All perfect. I recomend for last night before going to airport.

Stylish and modern reconstructed guest house. Accomodation suitable for customers used to european standard. Helpful and kind owner. Very good location when you travel to or from airport.
