Very cozy, well organized, very friendly owner

This guesthouse is the homeliest place we’ve stayed in Georgia! We loved it. Larissa was the best host, she worked so hard to keep guests happy and the house extremely clean and tidy, her hard work did not go unnoticed! The view from the balcony was perfect and it was nice to be welcomed in their family space. We ended up booking an extra night as it was so nice!

The lady was super nice and the views were amazing. The rooms and bathrooms were really clean. I totally recommend it!

This room is very cozy . We group of 4 enjoyed a lot there . No disturbance . Kitchen has everything we need . Garden is very open and beautiful. The host is super helpful everytime

The perfect place to stay allowing easy access to all things in this area. Our room was quite large and very comfortable. The hostess was helpful and kind, she even got up in the middle of the night and rescued our washing before it rained. I would totally recommend staying here when visiting this area. Plus the view of the mountains was beautiful

Nice guest house with beautiful yard to spend your evenings or mornings with the Mountain View. Comfortable room and small kitchen to cook your meal. Friendly host Larissa was very welcoming. I recommend this place, it’s not in the center but easy to walk there.

Perfect! Such a nice atmosphere

The room was cosy and bigger than expected, real care was taken to ensure guests had everything they needed and a lovely experience. Room and communal areas were spotless, location was great and Larisa was lovely!

The views from the rooms and garden were incredible!! What an amazing place to spend time in the mountains, with a large lawn area to relax in. Kitchen had everything you needed, there was a shared fridge and shops only a short drive down the road. We felt very welcomed by our host

Wonderful 2 night stay, we stayed in triple room. Very friendly owner. Was super comfortable. Room at the back of house so nice and quiet. Excellent bathroom, fab shower. They provide toiletries and bath robes. There is a smart TV. Kettle. Seating area. They provide free tea/coffee and a good kitchen you can cook meals in. Excellent value. And.... Mustn't forget the amazing views from all seating areas outside. Definitely recommend

First of all, I would like to thank the owner of this hotel. A very nice and friendly owner “Larisa” who was happy to answer all our questions. The room was very clean. The view from the window is stunning! The hotel provides towels, disposable toothbrushes, robes and slippers. My girlfriend and I were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service! We definitely recommend this hotel!

Very good location and hospitality

Everything was great. There are rooms with private and shared bathrooms. The view of Mount Kazbek and Trinity Church was spectacular. The host is a very sweet person. We were extremely satisfied.

Great views out over the mountains, host extremely helpful and pleasant, comfortable room and excellent value for money. Good kitchen and patio for cooking and relaxing.

It’s a bit up the hill from the main road but manageable

Very friendly people, we forgot the key with us when we did the checkout, they called us back very peacefully to let us know and then we returned it without any issue. Clean rooms and very beautiful view.

The facilities were excellent - comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, clean bathroom and bedroom. Great stay! The host is lovely and takes good care of you! She even helped me with a load of washing 😃

Spacious, comfortable, great amenities. Our host was friendly and helpful. In my opinion, guest houses are the best option in Georgia for excellent service and great value.
