The location was pretty good and also kitchen had lots of equipment.

The owner was very disrespectful. He came to our accommodation twice, knocked on the door and without waiting or asking opened the door. It was little disturbing. But when he came 2. Time he brother other guest to show him our room so he can rent it next day! That’s not normal.

I'm traveller from India travelled with family it was at the last minute we took the stay on the day of arrival. Owner was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. I would recommend personally this stay in Kutaisi this is the best.

We rented the "Studio with a garden view" for 3 persons. Very cheap, here were sleeping places and a personal shower room. Nothing exciting but it valued its cost. Additional facilities as cooking and washing are for additional payment. The host Bakur is a very kind man. If you need only a sleeping place it will be a good choice.

Nothing for this price. 15 USD per night.

Very unpleasant host, room not ready, forcing us to pay extra for other room and heating, we had to prepare bed and beddings ourselves

Very nice location. very close to Carrefour. The supermarket is very close to location and easy access to Mcdonalds and KFC. The owner of the Hostel is a very nice and friendly person. A pickup service was also provided to us and he has given us around a free ride. The kitchen was very nice and clean.

It’s wasn’t clean and suffocating due to some smell

mosquito in the Room AC was not working Properly. Whole night could not sleep ,bed sheet were dirty stained and stinky and bugs are found inside the bed

Clean and affordable

Clean accomodation for good price. Well equiped kitchen.

There was noise in the room until midnight. Outside there was the dog on the chain and when we wanted to give him water, the owner told us not to do it.

Nothing, really nothing.

Everything about it. Scary (always barking) dog at the reception, rude owner, smelly and untidy rooms, extra money for AC or heater or gas. The room doesn't look like the photos. The bedsheets and blankets smelled and looked like they were used by many people and never cleaned once. As soon as we saw the room before checking in, we told the owner that we don't need the room. But the owner said we still have to pay the full amount. We didn't try to argue with him, we paid and left the place.

Newly furnished, comfortable and clean Hotel apartment. Flexible price: if you not using air condicioner, kitchen, etc. - you got cheap price (like booking shows) and if you need more amenities - you can pay little extra.
