Spacious and clean room with comfortable bed. Cozy and quiet atmosphere around. Helping staff. Enjoyed spa center after all day spent in Vardzia. Tasty food in restaurant. And very good breakfast with coffee!!! Highly recommend this hotel!!!

the location is great in the castle. That was the reason we selected it and we were not disappointed. The free access to the Spa in the evening was also nice. Breakfast was ok. for dinner we went to nearby restaurant Mimino, which was GREAT : family owned and managed, small card but all dishes were exceptional (based on 5 days traveling in Georgia and trying out various restaurants).

Distance from the car park, particularly when trying to reach the hotel in the middle of a humungous thunderstorm. Our last night was spoiled by a group of 20 Chinese who kept us awake laughing & shouting from one balcony to another until the early hours.

Fabulous location, only a step away from the entrance to the castle. Spacious, comfortable room overlooking the inner courtyard with a balcony to relax on and enjoy the view.

Beautiful place, top location inside the castle (near the entry to the upper fortress). Breakfast was very good. Went to the spa an hour before closing, and some rooms were not working - probably because they are started when someone enters, and it takes time to warm them up properly. Some were properly hot though, I enjoyed a lot, especially being there totally alone. Felt myself like a Persian shakh, only without the harem.

I really enjoyed my stay at Gino Wellness Rabati. The hotel is located inside a historic castle, and the atmosphere is truly magical. My room was spotless and had a lovely view of the inner courtyard — it felt like stepping into a fairytale. The spa was a highlight of the visit. There were very few people, which made it feel extra peaceful. The hot sauna, beautifully designed hammam, and relaxing foot jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding. I also loved the dimly lit relaxation room with heated loungers — incredibly soothing and cozy. The castle grounds are also stunning — I highly recommend taking a walk around. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would love to return

Excellent location in the case territory, free parking. Comfortable, all necessary room facilities in place, good breakfast, spa also satisfied, different kinds of saunas working from 6 PM to 10 PM.

There was noise coming from both cleaning and also from talking from the balconies on the side.

First of all, the staff - specifically the receptionists who were there on both days. Very friendly and customer oriented. Thanks to them. 💙 And secondly, the location was of course exceptional.

As noted, even within Georgia the staff have a reputation for not being particularly attentive or interested - when I told my Georgian driver where I was staying he rolled his eyes and said this hotel was well-known for these issues. That said, I personally experienced no a with check-in or anything else,, and the staff even opened the door early morning for me to watch the sunrise from atop one of the fortress towers.

The location within the Rabati Fortress is exceptional, and it is worth staying here just to wake up within the region's key tourist attraction. There are, of course, some well-documented issues with the staff at this hotel, but if you go in expecting these then I found the rest of the stay to be quite enjoyable. Though I did not use the spa, there were many Russian tourists present who seemed to enjoy it. Breakfast was decent, including some Georgian items like khachapuri.
