New property, very clean, amazing views from the windows and balcony, excellent customer service. David the host was very helpful and attended to all our needs, suggested trails, booked restaurants. There is an excellent restaurant right next to the property.

Fantastic location, good facilities, amazing views, decent breakfast. We really liked the restaurant located just behind. It’s the best food we’ve had in Georgia, but do book if you want a table inside.

The location, the view , the terrace

There is no balcony for my room and the terrace is shared , no fridge , no AC , no daily cleaning

The hotel is comfortable. There is everything for comfort. The staff is very friendly. Delicious breakfasts.

It would be nice to have at least a small kettle in the room. The common boiler does not work well. And there is a problem drinking just coffee.

The hotel is nice, good location, incredible view, cozy room.

Everything would have been fine if it weren’t for the hotel owner. Without getting the facts straight, he rather rudely started insisting that everything was correct. Without even asking me, he suggested I find another place to stay if I didn’t like something. He completely ignored what I was saying and just kept repeating himself. This attitude somewhat spoiled the impression, which is why my rating is lower.

Everything exceeded my expactations. The hotel staff was amazing and lovely.They were super caring and friendly. I could just live there for years if I had a chance. Amazing views, amazing food ,I am just still blown away how great our stay was. Thanks for the amazing staff, everyone was so welcoming and sweet.

There is literally nothing that I did not like. zero complaints. everything was great.

My husband and I both like hiking, and this hotel was perfectly placed for this activity. Walking distance from Trinity church and many trails. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were so lovely and helpful.

No fridge in the room or the common area for the guests to use.

We had a room with a terrace and an incredible view, we can recommend it all the way. Beautiful modern, clean rooms, great location.

Everything was excellent, the family's treatment and reception, the location and the price for the value. The rooms are also clean and tidy and the view is very beautiful on the mountain and the city as well. There is a bidet.

You should be careful at the entrance to the house because it is located on a slight hill ، You have to carry your bags because there is no elevator.

It is a very clean and high-quality hotel. It provides convenient rooms with all the necessary furniture, even a small table for doing paperwork in case it is necessary. In the dining room, you can find a lot of big tables and always existing hot water and coffee, and a variety of tea types. The big parking lot lets you park in the closed hotel area to sleep calmly while your car is safe. People who work in the hotel are available and can speak Russian, English, and, of course, Georgian, so you'll never be stuck with your questions. In ten minutes of driving down to the city, you can find shops and different food places, and also a gas station. The area around the hotel - it is mountains, with all their beauty. Also, at this hotel, I experienced the most beautiful breakfast I've ever had in a hotel.

Breakfast was extremely good with a wide variety of platter. They treat you like family and serve hot food.

Great guest house very close to the church with a great view of the valley below. There's a shared terrace as well where you get a view of Mt. Kazbek as well

Quiet location Room was clean

Staff didn't bother to tell us that breakfast had to be pre ordered.. so we were left with nothing the next morning for breakfast.. Payment was all that is cared about when checking in. Very basic rooms: No TV No fridge No closet No proper sound insulation (noisy hallways) Not worth the price.

Location far from center

It was just great! Clean, comfortable, great view from the balcony. Big thank to Katherina, who helped us and made us feel like home. There’s nothing to complain about, really great place for the price, we will definitely come back in summer. The only thing that is really needed is washing machines or laundry room so people could stay longer. This was the one and only reason we left earlier, otherwise - perfect place to stay. I highly recommend it to everyone!
