We had a great stay at the guesthouse! All staff is super friendly and helpful. Zaza picked us up from the airport in the middle of the night and made sure that all our luggage (bicycles) could be transported to the guesthouse. We felt very welcome and enjoyed our time a lot. The room was perfectly clean and the bed very comfortable. Highly recommended guesthouse!

Lovely people! Nothing was any trouble, and breakfast was prepared for me in the form of a lovely chicken sandwich as I had an early departure. Great location, 10 mins walk to the white bridge, lovely spacious rooms, clean and very quiet at night! Also, try the wine sold at reception. Lovely, and it can be enjoyed on the nice terrace upstairs. Thanks for a very nice stay. 🙏

Very nice stay, the host is really nice. Room and the bathroom was clean, there was also a space to make a tea or coffe. Breakfast was very very nice, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a late check-in without any issues and were able to pay by card. There were two shared bathrooms for about 5 rooms. The breakfast was big and delicious. Additionally, the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Definitely, recommend this place.

I wish they had individuals soaps for the Bathroom, they did give us shampoos to use. Other than that, everything was good. It was a really good experience.

We asked for a 3 bedroom, but i think all the three bedroom were filled, so they gave us an 6 bedroom instead and we did not pay any extra at all. The breakfast was truly amazing and freshly made, it had all the protein and fiber to get you thru the day. Everyone had to use the same two bathroom, but they kept cleaning the bathroom, attest every hours, which is truly amazing. The environment in the backyard was every nice. We checked out at a very late time, but the owner did not ask us to pay any extra.

During my stay, I noticed a small issue with the shower cabin and the toilet door, which sometimes didn’t close properly. I mentioned it to the hosts, and they were very understanding, open to feedback, and ready to fix the issue.

I had a lovely stay! The hosts were very warm and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. The breakfast was delicious and a perfect way to start the day. The location is excellent—just a pleasant 15–20 minute walk to the city center.

No Heating..The Guesthouse was sooo cold. The air conditioning unit was so high up that the heat was not really circulating. This was March..Heaven help me if it was December to February

Great find..Just 15-18 minute walk from Airport Bus Stop/Kutaisi Tourism Centre and Wendy's Fast Food Chain. Reserved quiet man took me in and given a HUGE Double Bedded room. Basic it was but for 2 nights it was okay. Free genius breakfast was yummy and thoughtful. Safe area as like whole of Georgia. Free Tea and Coffee lovely! Shop just round the corner.

In general was clean and cozy and very affordable. There was no buffet but was pretty decent breakfast for its money. Shared bathroom was clean and spacey. And we liked the terrace. Around 10 min on foot to city centre.
