Convenient and clean room with a breakfast buffet with local food ; comfortable bed and good shower

The hôtel is at the south entrance of Kazbegi with noise from the road on the valley ; the surroundings are not really nice Instant coffee only

The hotel is very nice, very clean. Location is good, view is amazing. Small playground for the children Breakfast is small, and the room does not get cleaned along the stay. The staff was kind

Friendly hosts, playground for the kids with toys and everything was super clean. Locations is great too with a nice view. Our 2 kids (1 and 2.5 year old) enjoyed the playground a lot.

Food not so great. Staff weren’t kind at times, other residents would come drunk late at night and bother everyone else who was sleeping. Not to mention that if you stay there on a Sunday, they won’t clean the rooms because they are off apparently, so what am I paying for exactly? Notmal hotels don’t operate this way. I mentioned my concerns to the owner, but he didn’t do much about them.

The room is spacious, with a nice view. Very clean hotel, welcoming and helpful people. I had a very pleasant stay. I had dinner one night and the food was really good!

Amazing hotel with amazing views from the window. Very caring and friendly staff. Delicious food in the restaurant. Good breakfast. I highly recommend room 301, which has a stunning view of the mountains.

The breakfast as shown in the photos does not exist. It is a buffet style continental breakfast with cold eggs and little variety. Another point which we did not like was that in our room the curtains could not be closed entirely because there were no curtain tracks in the middle of the window…

The room is clean and big

Room we rented was very large and clean, very luminous with huge windows. The restaurant room is pleasant. Outdoor games for kids. Breakfast was copious. Baby bed was available at no extra charge and was ready when we arrived. Small things in the room made it comfortable like bathrooms and slippers, coffee/tea in the room.

If you don't speak Russian or Georgian, communication is impossible (no english-speaking staff). On the first night, only two rooms were occupied, including ours, and they put us right next to each other, which was not the most logical choice. The hotel insisted that we pay the 3 nights right when we arrived, at the check-in, which we thought was odd. We asked if we could pay at the end and they were honestly not very understanding. We ended up paying all on the 2nd day of stay.

It was great, very clean which is the best. And the administrator at the reception was very helpful

The room and bathroom are spacious, the bed very comfy, and the towels with a delicious smell of clean. Location is good, at a short and pleasant walk from the main square. The staff is kind and the place is very quiet, with beautiful views.

It's not obvious to find the reception, and we were welcomed by a very patient person who didn't speak English. We still don't know if there was a restaurant in the hotel, as there was no info in the bedroom, and the language gap made us discouraged from additional conversation.
