Hotel location is really about 400m from the main park where everybody goes, but you have to go there via dark road through the old bridge (about 10 min walk, though). Also some room fixtures were damaged / broken, but nothing to worry about.

Great personnel, really great breakfast in stylish cafe-like room, food is delicious and always topped up. The room size was great and it was comfortable, quet and clean. We travelled with family of 4 (2 adults and 1 kid and 1 baby) and hotel was accomodating everyone just fine. Overall hotel feels fresh and cosy and I am very satisfied!

Our room was great but it was backing on to the main road so was a little loud with the trucks going past.

Is lovely bright and clean, the location is great as it is close to everything but not in the busiest centre as some other hotels. It has great views and amazing breakfast. The staff and manager are super helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

The room was large and spacious. The hotel is in an excellent location, right next to a busy street, yet the room was quiet and we couldn't hear any street noise. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended.

The hospitality was very warm and welcoming, we were on our honeymoon and we were welcomed with amazing Georgian wine and desserts, and a bottle as a good bye gift, the room was upgraded free of cost with an amazing valley view. The breakfast buffet was very impressive.

Honestly, we couldn’t find anything negative about this fantastic hotel.

The hotel has a fantastic location with a beautiful view of the mountains – and as a thoughtful detail, the beds were positioned so you could wake up to the view directly from the window. The room was spacious, clean, and furnished with great attention to comfort. The food was one of the highlights – the breakfast and the delicious local dishes tasted amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they helped us arrange a guided tour to Vardzia, Rabati, and Khertvisi Fortress, which is a memorable experience. Everything worked perfectly. A particularly nice touch was that we were allowed to choose our room upon arrival and even received a bottle of wine when we checked out – such great hospitality!

The hotel is conveniently located. We wanted to hike at the national park and also walk in the.central park in the city The trails at the national park I just 1 km away, walking distance from the hotel which made it so convenient for us. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff are very friendly. They even gave us a bottle of wine when we left.

Courteous and helpful staff. Spacious and clean rooms. Our room was upgraded for 2nd and 3rd nights. Breakfast was adequate and plentiful. (Coffee pre made and dispensed from urn is only negative). Was within walking distance of most sites (and be aware that it is over the river from the centre of town - 5min walk).
