AzerbaijanThe spa area in the hotel is too small for the number of guests. It gets overcrowded, making you question the hygiene standards. I stayed for three nights and requested fresh bed linens every day; each time, they said it was done, but the linens were never changed. Room cleaning is superficial. There is no option to adjust the room temperature (Room 505). The elevator works inconsistently—sometimes it functions, sometimes it doesn’t. Although the hotel is advertised as a 5-star establishment, the cleanliness and service do not meet 5-star standards. The price is high considering the facilities and service quality. Hotel staff handle problems superficially.
The hotel’s location is good—neither too far from nor too close to the center of Bakuriani. There is a large supermarket nearby. The hotel has a spa, and the breakfast is good. It has a spacious yard and offers the opportunity to play billiards. Inside the hotel, there is a restaurant & bar with a good menu. It is suitable for a family vacation.

CyprusWe did not like the food and service in a lodge. They were very late with orders and could not explain everything. Many things were missing from the menu. We had extra change for a coffee that we did not order. Definitely needs to be improved. We preferred Georgian restaurant near the ski resort. We also were a bit cold in the evenings in our room and were wearing extra cloth for sleeping. So, take wormer pajamas with you.
We liked the hotel. The location is good you can walk to ski resort or use a taxi for 10 or 15 lats. Has extra activities for smaller kids outside. It has good spa with warm pools and nice sauna. Breakfast was good and rich. Rooms were spacious and clean. Every day we had extra bottles of water, tee and coffee. Generally we enjoyed our stay.

GeorgiaIt’s great for families but for singles or couples might be overcrowded as lots of families with kids come to visit. Location is not bad but it’s not straight at the ski lift. It’s not easy to walk with skis and frozen roads to the skilift. So you have to go by taxi or a car. Nearest ski lift is Kokhta. Didveli is but far away. We came here from Krystali hotel and were initially bit disappointed because of the location, as that one was right onnthe ski lift. But overall exererinc ein Bakuriani Inn was not bad. Spa was better here that make them up. Also staff was not so well trained for a five star hotel. Very poor service in that regards. Reception staff was absolutely ridiculous. They argued on who is going to check us in. Also we did not like our room as there was a smell of cigarette and they were not so effective to solve our problem. Finally they moved us to a new room that was a better one but how they treated us in this situation was not exactly professional. Receptionist said, 4people checked a rooom and there was no smell there🤣 so I was like, shall we argue who has better smell sensors? The laminate was also damaged in the first room. Overall we had nicer views in the Crystal Hotel Bakuriani that made is not like our room. That also influenced our opinion initially but at the end experience was not so bad.

AustraliaLimited hours for using the gym, pool etc couldn’t be accessed before 10am, food for the breakfast could include more fresh fruit etc, what was available was not ripe. Noise from above floor travels loudly - don’t know if we were unlucky to have exceptionally noisy guests above us but transferred enough to wake us at night.
Family room was a good size, beds were pretty comfortable and house cleaning did an exceptional job of cleaning each day. The facilities were nice - pool, spa, sauna, gym, lots of communal areas for guests, and food ordered from the cafe/bar were tasty and good portions. Location was pretty good to the slopes, the grounds had plenty of space for snow play for the kids.

Overall it was a great stay! It’s been long time I have not seen snow and my husband have never seen such a snow ❄️ ⛄️ So, it was fun! Check in was fast and smooth, special thanks to Ana, Merab, Sona and Elene Room facilities were good, cleanliness was great 10+! All room and bathroom amenities were available and enough for two people We had an amazing view overlooking to the garden and trees 🌲🌲

GeorgiaBreakfast had very few options and food was not delicious at all. Also there was no sweet options, no pancakes, no croissants or something like that. (There was Nutella and jams but nothing to put them on). Restaurant had very few options as well, 10 dishes at max. Also everything had red pepper 🌶️, even the dishes that should not have.
