Absolutely nothing

The view, oh my god... just perfect. This hotel is family owned, so you truly feel its a georgian place. Staff is really nice, they make sure you feel at home and support you all the time. They even have a family cow (which is really cool). Too bad we´ve stayed only one night, because we felt that a second night would be ideal :)

The location is amazing!!right in front of the road to Gergeti Trinity Church and surrounded by huge mountain 360degree! i really enjoy my time here in Kazbegi.The hotel is very clean and new too🤗

had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The Wi-Fi was excellent, which was a pleasant surprise. The owner was incredibly helpful and welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Although there’s no elevator, the staff were more than happy to help with carrying my luggage, making the process very smooth. The view from the room was breathtaking—you could see beautiful snow-capped mountains right from the window. The heater in the room worked very well, which kept it cozy and comfortable. Plus, the location is great, within walking distance to the center, making it easy to explore nearby shops and attractions. Highly recommend this place for a warm and convenient stay!

There was no beer in the bar/lobby (fortunately there was wine, we could of course have walked to the supermarket). Unfortunately our view was not to Kazbegi, but the mountains on the other side.

Good location to start hike to church(go by foot, not by car). Good room (specially the matresses). Nice wine selection in the bar/lobby. Good breakfast (maybe a little expensive)

Check in took too long and the communication wasn't good since the representatives didn't understand English. The room ceiling is apparently made of wood since we could hear every step of the neighbors upstairs which disturbed is when tried to sleep.

The location is really good and the place is clean and organized. There is a privan parking. Great shower with hot water. The view from the room was breathtaking.

There is no elevator, so you have to carry your suitcases to the second or the third floor. When we arrived, one of the owners helped us to carry everything but when we were leaving he was not around, so I had to carry everything by myself (I was traveling with my two kids and my mother). If you want to eat in the room, there is a table at the balcony but only with 2 chairs (we were four).

It’s a nice family hotel. Great location, great breakfast, kind staff.

The water and electricity cuts, not from the hotel but to the whole town

The place is so clean and the scenery is beautiful and the location is close to a coffee, grocerys and restaurants.

The road access is poor, but there are a lot of roadworks underway, so I’m sure the it will improve greatly.

The Axien is a comfortable, new, and modern guesthouse with good quality furnishing and finishes. The views of Gergeti Trinity Church and Mount Kazbek from the front of the building towards the road are stunning.

There was no bidet sprayer in the toilet and no trash bin in the room. Additionally, there was no in-room phone, so any needs had to be addressed by calling a number from our personal phones. The room also lacked a fridge, and it would have been better if two bottles of water were provided.

The location is perfect, with breathtaking mountain views. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the service was top-notch. The cleanliness and organization of the place made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable.
