How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

we asked to have the upper bunk bed fixed. it didnt happen, maybe because we werent there when they came a Broom would have been helpful.
This apartment is basically two connected hotel-style rooms, each with a private shower, toilet, balcony and a kitchen. one of the rooms has a bunk bed, the upper bed is a bit shaky and can not sleep a bigger child than our 6-year old. it is clean, they provide towels, the kitchen is well equipped. it is well located right by the only Gondola which functions in the summer time, within walking distance of all the other cafes in New Gudauri. there is enough parking and the complex also offers a restaurant open 10:00-23:00) which offers meals all day long. breakfast costs 40 Lari per adult and 20 per child. there is also a Spa but its little more than a heated pool and a sauna. it costs 80 Lari per adult and 40 per Adult. we didnt go, we enjoyed our stay and its beautiful to wake up to beautiful views, cows, sheep and Gondola! the host was very nice and helpful!

Maybe it is better at winter where full activities being a life. Several buildings around were under construction and with maintenance I think due summer season.
The location is perfect near the cable car and the family enjoyed playing around.

There is only one supermarket in the area with limited options, so it’s recommended to buy your groceries before arriving. Halal restaurants are very limited, and food delivery apps do not work in this area.
The place is amazing with a stunning view and a fantastic location next to the cable car, which takes you up to 3,000 meters above sea level and leads to an absolutely breathtaking area. The apartment is clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The host is wonderful, helpful, and easy to reach. It’s a 14-minute drive from the Friendship Monument.

I loved staying in this apartment. Modern and very comfortable. Apartment is well equipped and has everything for living. Price is also one of the advantages. But best part is waking up with such an amazing view

Lovely spacious apartment directly at the ski lift. The kitchenette was great to prepare food and the the apartment was clean and comfortable and warm. However we mostly booked this apartment because it was advertised as having spa access (with photos and in the description). However the spa was an additional 40€ which was not made clear and was quite disappointing.

All was great
Excellent stay, responsive hosts, two adjoining apartments, two well stocked kitchenettes, clean and comfortable. The huge advantage is the ski-in, ski-out location.

One lift is broken for a long time, the remaining single lift is a way not enough for this huge building, and the lift bears 4 people only instead of claimed 8. The situation with the lift is just a shame.

Overall good experience, Bit expensive.
Location was perfect near to the skii point, Cleanliness, Comfort and spacious apartment. I would recommend the apartment for a family.

Room was only ready by 19:00 the evening, not 15:00. Previous occupants obviously had a very late checkout (we dropped our luggage and saw that the apartment was being cleaned and really very dirty). Also had to pay 50% cash on arrival, without getting a receipt. Massively insistence on cash payment. Really “unusual “…
