Staff, cleaness, comfort, design, Breakfast.

Not so comfortable parking, no refreeger.

Great location, clean room, comfortable bed

The room wasn't ready to check-in time. Extremely tiny double room. It was really surprising for me, but there wasn't soap in the bathroom, only shower gel. The breakfast was pure, and milk was soure. The breakfast time is too late as for me, till 9:30 am

The hotel and the room were clean. Nice view from the balcony, where you can sit in the evening with a glass of georgian wine. The staff were kind and friendly, helped us with anything we needed . One of the receptionists spoke English, and the other spoke Russian, so we really appreciated that .

The hotel has only two parking spaces; the rest have to find their own solution. It’s a narrow street where everyone parks however they want, and it’s also in poor condition. Our car got scratched there 🙄. Breakfast had a limited selection.

Great value for money, excellent location, and very clean. Staff was helpful, and when we ask to have an eariler breakfest, as we had to leave early, they arranged for it.

The place is pleasant, clean, and in a good location. The staff are always available and helpful. The breakfast is excellent.

This is a small hotel located on a side street in Borjomi. There was a good selection available for breakfast. The room was a good size and the staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.

This is more to make others aware: free on-street parking is available however the street has lots of other hotels and guesthouses so parking sometimes requires a bit of manoeuvring and negotiation. The hotel is on a hill with the road in poor condition.

Good breakfast and Anna the manager was very helpful and contacted us about a phone charger we left behind.

Very clean and nice hotel. The staff are very friendly, tasty breakfast included. Air condition id great, location is 10 min' walk from the center. Shower is very clean as well, comfortable beds. We highly recommend!

The hotel and the room were very good, cleanness was great, very friendly staff and very supportive, I really appreciate their support for me and family.

The location a little deep inside the district with high slopes up.

The quality standards did not meet my expectations. While I understand that it's almost a guest house located in the mountains, and it was super clean . But I believe basic in quality should still be maintained. For instance, I shouldn’t have to see spider webs on the walls and balcony. Moreover, there were a lot of ants in one of the bathroom rooms

It was quite noisy with a bigger group travelling together.
