Villa Kaya is a very quiet boutique hotel with beautifully appointed rooms. There is a deck area where you can swim across to BBC beach. Breakfast is served outdoors on a large table. The staff were very friendly and helped us arrange a Kayak tour at very short notice.

This property was beautiful, clean, private, and serene. The staff were extremely warm, kind, and helpful. Our room was spacious, modern, and had an amazing view.

I would have appreciated a dedicated shuttle service to take us to main areas around the island instead of relying on taxis. I also would have like lunch and dinner options to be provided on the property.

    Property response:

Thank you for your feedback, we are thrilled you enjoyed your stay. Grenada really is a stunning island and the views from the Villa are breathtaking.

Location is excellent, literally 3 minutes walk from Mourne Rouge Beach and local restaurant and bars

Breakfast could be better , just occasionally some items ran out. Warm items like scrambled eggs are obviously warm when put out at 8,30am but are left to go cold and set hard.

    Property response:

Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate your feedback in regards to breakfast and will make the adjustments. We hope to host you again anytime you are back on island

Very good location to reach the two beaches Morne Rouge and Grand Anse on foot. Well-kept gardens with a small pool and lounge with access to the sea. Use of stand-up boards for free. Breakfast selection a bit small but of good quality

No complaints, everything is fine. We'd love to come back.

What an amazing and tranquil spot. The location of the villa was exceptional. Beautiful sunsets every evening. And kitted out with everything we needed (complementary beers/soft drinks in the fridge) We had the villa with the outdoor bath and shower which was such a treat and I’ve never slept in a more comfortable bed! Direct access into the sea and a short swim or walk (2 mins) to the beach. And the use of 2 paddle boards and snorkelling gear. If you wanted more of a vibe then Grand Anse beach only a 10-15 min walk. Maya and her team were so warm and welcoming and more than happy to suggest or arrange trips, restaurants, taxis etc Agatha’s breakfasts varied and delicious. An unforgettable holiday.

    Absolutely nothing!

Villa Kaya is such a little gem and I’m so glad I found it. Our room was simple, modern, clean, comfortable and had a lovely terrace with ocean views. The breakfast was great - with small changes each day and we loved starting each morning with a coffee overlooking mourne rouge. Mia, Agatha and all the team were brilliant - helpful with taxi and restaurant bookings and just generally very accommodating. This was our honeymoon and they left us a bottle of Prosecco and some local chocolate in our room. The closest beach is a 3 min walk and is beautiful and quiet with a lovely beach bar - La Plywood. Grenada is stunning and we’d love to come back.

We loved everything. I will add that it’s probably not right for everyone - if you’re less mobile you may struggle with the steps and the hilly walk to Grande Anse. None of this was a problem for us.

Me and my friends loved Villa Kaya. Large, bright rooms, spectacular views of the beach. Staff was very attentive, great location and only 3 min walk to the beach.

Breakfast options could be little better.

Villa Kaya's setting is so lovely, and having the little private dock right on the sea was just perfect. Mia and all of the staff were incredibly nice. We also loved our room's little private terrace.

With big new year's events happening up the road at Quarantine Point, getting in and out of the hotel in the evenings was a little bit of a struggle. This isn't at all the hotel's fault, just something it might be useful for future guests to know.

Everything! The photos don't do the outside space justice. The plunge pool and decking is communal but with only 3 rooms occupied (there are only 5 anyway and 2 of those have their own outdoor space) we never felt crowded. The room itself was glorious and the bed truly sumptuous. We stayed six nights and had a perfect night's sleep every night. The clubroom was also a little bonus, and k can imagine using it if we stayed 2 weeks. The honesty bar made life very convenient. We didn't use the kitchenette but everything was such good quality you could easily have done so. Mia (manager), Madonna (housekeeper) and Agatha (breakfast lady) were super. Very responsive, in fact intuitive. Likewise the grounds person (I didn't get his name) somehow knew I suggested the paddle boards needed a little air. No idea how but he did!

For us there was nothing. It is terraced so you must bear this in mind.

Beautiful property right on the edge of BBC beach. Very quiet area. Stunning views overlooking the beach and out to sea. Room was beautiful, had everything you needed. Big comfy bed, lots of towels, daily maid service. Staff were great with recommendations and solving any issues. Free use of paddle board was great!

Short walk to all the restaurants along Grand Anse, not an issue if you don’t mind the walk. Shower water pressure was a bit low.

Place was amazing! It was so clean and modern. The staff was beyond nice and friendly. I felt like I was visiting relatives. They were very accommodating and arranged multiple dinners and activities for us. The views of the water very perfect. The facility is in a very safe area and is a five minute walk to a nice quiet beach and a 15-20 minute walk to a shopping center. Each unit has a kitchenette and a nice-sized fridge which is very convenient for storing lunch. Breakfast was also very good. There is also a beautiful park up the street where you can see amazing sunsets. They even have picnic tables if you want to enjoy some wine and snacks with your viewing of the sunset.

This was not a negative for us, but the property is located in a quiet area. if you want nightlife or partying nearby, you might need a cab. There are a couple of local joints on the beach near the property but they are basically local fun. Didn't bother us one bit.

    Property response:

Thank you for this wonderful review! We truly enjoyed hosting you and look forward to hosting you anytime you are back on the island. Our guest's safety and comfort are our top priority.

The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast was simple but lovely. The rooms are lovely and the bed was very comfy. It’s in a great location too, with a small beach a 2 minute walk away and the main Grand Anse beach a 5-10 minute walk.

There were limited sun loungers around the pool and they weren’t very comfy and there was very little shade, so we used the beach all the time instead.

This is a lovely boutique Hotel which i would definitely recommend to other travelers. Mia was a pleasure to deal with as were all the staff. However if you have any mobility issues - unfortunately this is not the place for you as there are quite a few stairs. Breakfast was basic but more than sufficient to start your day. It was mainly cold cuts, pastries, cereals, fruits plus tea, coffee and hot chocolate. My room was amazing as was my en suite shower room. Bed was super comfortable and the kitchenette had ample equipment to make a basic meal.

Nothing really ... I guess the location isn't on the main beach but i quite liked that.

We hope to host you again! you were a wonderful guest!

Just back from three weeks at Villa Kaya where you are treated like royalty in a wonderful setting by the sea. Mia and her team certainly make you feel at home and are always on hand to help. Rooms are large and have everything you need for a short or long stay. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfasts are very nice and sufficiently varied. Villa Kaya is an easy walk to either BBC Beach or Grand Anse Beach. We walked over to Grand Anse Beach for a swim before breakfast every morning. There are a good choice of restaurants within walking distance.
