My time at Silver View Apartments was a pleasant one. On arrival, the host ensured that we settled swiftly and advised that if there were any queries, to not hesitate to reach out for support. The apartment was modern, clean and well furnished, with great transport links (being on the main road) and walking distance to the beautiful Grand Anse Beach! Would highly recommend Silver View Apartments!

Not much around the place. Stop at supermarket before you arrive.

Bus stop right outside to take you into St George's. Beach a 5 min walk away Nice and peaceful at night.

There was no privacy in the toilet as there were no doors. Cleaner did not clean shower at all.

Hoists were very accommodating, supportive Walking distance from grandace Beach, which was amazing. Busstop nearby

Nothing to dislike . But could have ac in living room rather than fan.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach, shops and transportation is literally on your door step. The amenities are good. You get what you need to cook. The property is spotless. The cleaner is absolutely amazing. The owner is one of a kind. Prior to arriving , I had made contact a few times and got immediate responses. I have rented numerous accommodations in Grenada and Alvin has to be the most efficient professional and helpful host I have booked with. I had to contact him for minor things in the accommodation, and he personally came to sort it immediately. Will most definitely book again.

We thought the shower although usable needed a bit of modernisation. A welcome pack with local taxi numbers restaurants and local supermarkets would have also helped.

Lovely home from home feel. Not modern but really nice. We especially liked the Balcony. Alvin is a star always responding quickly and coming up with excellent suggestions when asked. The bus stop was right outside.

Only minor things, dated decor and outside area was a bit small - no room for a table.

Compact and really well stocked apartment, lots of nice extra touches. Good shower, comfy bed, seaview and outside space. Key coded door to save carrying keys around or being lost. Helpful staff on hand via WhatsApp.

The stove was connected to Propane bottle, which was fine, for us, maybe should have been explained, hubby just looked at it and figured it out. The pictures on the booking site need to be updated, shows the building as green they have since painted brown we were looking for a green building. There was no sign on the building to indicate Silver View apartments, but they were working on it, and possibly by the time this is posted new pictures of building with the new Silver View sign, will be posted on Booking. Though the beach is close, there was no access to beach until you walk down the street until Silversands then you can walk down the ally to get to the beach. We didn't get an apartment with outside patio or balcony, so we were either in for the nite or out somewhere else. Lots of street traffic, but again the convenience of the bus line outweighed the traffic noise.

The location of the property was great it was right on a bus line, so we just walked out the door to the street to catch a bus for the local transport. The kitchen facilities were good, fridge & stove both worked well, freezer in fridge was set a little low easy adjustment, Every thing was clean, and had everything needed to cook simple meals in suite. ice cube trays appreciated and used everyday. The shower had good pressure, had to turn on heater switch in bathroom, and let water run to get warm water, again not an issue. The TV reception was good, and the AC worked great. Bed was comfortable, everything was as expected. Alvin was a good host though only saw him once, on check in. There was room for rental car if you have need.

The only downside to this property is that it is right next to a very busy, noisy main road which can be annoying when using the balcony which could be it's best feature. Fortunately the noise did not affect our sleep. Slept well every night .

Our 2 bedroom apartment was on the top floor with a lovely balcony with a wonderful sea view . The apartment is spacious, comfortable, nicely furnished and well equipped. Wi-fi was very good and there is AC in the bedrooms. The apartment is a short walk to the beautuful Grand Anse beach, bars and restaurants. There are numerous taxis and buses which stop right outside the apartment if you want to go into St Georges or the supermarket. There are also small grocery shops nearby for essentials. Alvin, the property manager is very responsive, welcoming and helpful if you have any problems or queries. He also arranged for us to be picked up at the airport on our arrival.
