The ambiance of the course resort was amazing. Having the availability of the pool and the beach was plus. Having fruits of the island accessible was great.

We requested a beachfront room through Booking.com and this was confirmed through their website but on arrival at Resort they were unable to accommodate our request. We were not advised of the construction work going on at the main pool area. Although the resort isn't shabby, it looks a bit tired and could do with some updating.

Great 2 mile white sand beach. Lovely people safe hotel safe location. Venture out to the local area, great atmosphere ans friendly people. We went to the sushi restaurant not too far away and the food was excellent. The resort location is convenient to a supermarket, restaurants and buses to town. It rained during our stay and one of the front desk ladies couldn't find a Resort umbrella to lend us, so she lent us her own personal umbrella, which we really appreciated. We loved the comfort of the bed in our room and the really silent but efficient fan. Beach furniture was comfortable and readily available and there was plenty of shade when we needed it. Food in the bar area, restaurants and room service, was good and reasonably priced. Bar staff were knowledgeable and made great cocktails.

Came back from the beach and there was no towels in the room called front desk and they said they would send up some still waiting thank god I always pack 2 just incase , especially after reading the reviews this seems to happen a lot .

The property was well maintained and clean we enjoyed our stay the daily activities were also a plus .

The lady at the front desk who welcomed us was pleasant, helpful and patient. The staff at breakfast were pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast was a nice range of items and tasty. The hotel was clean. The pool was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will return and recommend.

Nothing major: a sluggish sink, low water pressure in shower; possible screens on sliding doors.

Gorgeous grounds with ponds and greenery for viewing and walking - and then with mere steps to an exquisite calm beach for hours of seabathing! My sunset experience was sublime. Three ample scenic pools with crossover bridges and rocky outcrops from which to choose; including a pool bar; and a cool jacuzzi and another plunge pool. Ocean view and sounds and birdsong from my balcony on the 800 block were refreshing and relaxing. Vibrant artwork and many spots for relaxation to observe them or enjoy good libations! Breakfast had variety from local choices of cuisine to international selections. Had vegetarian choices too! Daily activities were available but the nightly entertainment I enjoyed. Staff was wonderful and helpful: especially the two Daynas, Azania, Canisha, Lisa, Jem, and front desk. Felt warmly received. The atmosphere was convivial and socially colorful with members of the Australia Cricket Team and at least 2-3 festive family reunions and a graduation event. A rich blend of multiculturalism.

A lot of maintenance going on and not very clean unfortunately. Seems as though there are not enough cleaning staff. The pool bar staff unfortunately also were very rude which is such a pity because it’s such a beautiful bar.

The hotel is on the beach and is situated perfectly. Tamika at check in and check out was fantastic what a breath of fresh air.

The room was VERY "tired" We felt that it was considerably under-staffed, particularly the bars which majored on cocktails. Quite a lot of maintenance going on.

Breakfast was included and excellent. We chose the property for its location. The one pool that was open. The facilities/estate generally.

The room I was in on the 7th floor needs some attention like the old curtains and needs updating but other than that it was ok. One bug beer was the confusion at times at the main bar area by the beach, it became overwhelmed with staff and looked unprofessional at times and the food orders in the evening took so long to come out which needs to be addressed, maybe a simplified menu might assist with the strain. Staff need to have a bit more attention to detail as more than once customers would ask for certain things and would have to repeat themselves multiple times due to lack of concentration.

Beautiful property and location, as always staff were nice and felt very safe and happy staying here. The breakfast selection is amazing as always and everyday it was hard to decide what to have. The food selection on the menu throughout the day is of good standard and taste very good. One of the managers (tall brown skin manager - bald head) forgot his name is so attentive and hands on which makes the experience so much better.

This is on the beach. It also has a pool. And about 20 minutes from the airport. The breakfast was great. Short walk 10 minute along the beach to Umbrellas Restaurant. There is a supermarket across the street. And local food shops / craft stores nearby on the beach.
