The layout was a bit odd, mirror was in a weird place so it was difficult to use. The TV had to be plugged in over the kitchenette leaving the cable running behind the sink.

The room was very clean, well equipped and the staff were great. The bar is also very nice serving excellent coffee, good beer and lovely food. The beds were also comfortable and 2 main bus routes through Greenwich stop right outside.

Parking is free but it’s on the public road to the rear of the premises and therefore was a bit hit and miss. It’s also on a main road and fairly noisy although we all slept really well.

Very clean, modern, well equipped and comfortable.

We stayed in Room 3 which faces the main road opposite a KFC, this means it was very noisy with mopeds all night till 1pm when it closes and you are unable to open the windows fully. We stayed during a 30° heatwave, our room faced the sun so was like a sauna all day and night and there was no fan in the room. The curtains were white and let the light from the neon sign outside the bedroom in the room so it was lit up like it was daylight untll about 1.30am when they eventually switched off. The WIFI signal was awful and we hardly had any use of it. When we eventually managed to use the TV, which has no Netflix, it was a complicated process to just put the bear minimum stations on, these were impossible to watch as they kept buffering due to the lack of signal. Noise and music was directly underneath us from the bar so all you could hear all night was the beat of the bass until 11pm. I would not come back here again with my son but would return if I was down with the girls for a night out.

The location was great, close to a park and easy to get to closest train station (Canada Waters). Bed was lovely and comfy and the kitchenette was a lovely touch.

Visited during heatwave - with no air conditioning it was very hot in the room (there was a fan, though).

A place with atmosphere, very conveniently located (bus stop in front of the tavern), nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, recently modernised. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, great food in the pub (breakfast was included, lovely pizza, too). The pub below is an additional attraction.

-When we arrived at the address, we couldn't find the place. Another family was lost too. Checked around for the "Wolf tavern and guest house" sign, but in vain. Well, the pub has changed its name to "the black horse", but nobody bothered to tell us about it beforehand. Also, we were sent an email with the door codes but no room number. Since there were no obvious reception I had to call them and only after that they sent me the room number. Plus, you need to call 2-3 separate times before they answer. When they answer, they are friendly though, so a plus point there. -No hooks at all in the bathroom, where to hang towels to use when getting off the shower? -Very small bathroom sink, good for washing hands, impossible to wash make up off without creating a pool on the floor. - Problems with the shower pressure and temperature during late evenings. One evening we could only get dripping water and icy cold. Gave up, showered in the morning. -We were there during hot weather, days around 28-30 degrees Celsius, without air-conditioning the room was very hot even with open window. -Could use a kitchen towel and rag to clean the water off the counter and dry the dishes.

-Good location for the O2 Arena and good transportation to traditional, famous sights. The bus stop was literally in front of the building and two bus lines operated 24/7. -Clean -Kitchenette with essentials. -Good hairdryer. -Simple but quite nice aesthetics, thankfully laminate flooring, no wall to wall carpet. -Comfortable beds.

Part of the appeal was the kitchenette, but there were only 2 chairs to sit and eat round the table.

Room was exactly as described. Beds were really comfortable, shower and toilet all clean well fitted and worked perfectly. Breakfast was delicious and the staff really friendly

Loved it! The room was great and cosy. It had everything we needed, including a fridge, microwave and kettle. There were no issues with checking in or out. Everything was clean and nice. The owners were kind enough to help if we needed anything, which added to our great stay. The breakfast included in the pub below the rooms was also top-notch and better than expected! The staff working there were kind and friendly. We would stay there again. :)

A nice, comfortable stay next to a bus stop and over a bar

    1. The placement straight over a bar, as it was quite noisy at times. 2. The shower was very difficult to use, in my experience, and never reached a comfortable water temperature, as far as I could manage to use it. So therefore I didn't wash my hair. The woman who checked us in was very helpful and came to sort it out two times, but still, I wasn't able to use the shower properly on my own, when she hadn't been there and adjusted it for like 30 minutes. (It was the kind of shower you find in boats and such, or at a camping site). So it became too impractical and time-consuming for me. I am sure some people can figure it out, if they are more technical than me, but I ended up with either very cold or very hot water. I thought it was better to give my honest opinion. In spite of this, I could stay there again, because of the price and the comfort of the room. I just wouldn't plan to wash my hair, I guess.

I liked almost everything - the standard of the place, the space, the comfort, the kitchen, and the practical placement next to a bus stop.

Was tricky to find as the original name is still showing. Once we found our way in the parking was tricky but the owner kindly moved his car so wasn't an issue. The room was on the main road so was pretty noisy at night as the windows are only single glazed.

~Staff were really lovely and accommodating. Room was very clean and new and had everything you need. Location for our needs were very good.

Small room and small bed. Sink in bathroom real small and H was cold water and C was real hot. Disco night in the pub downstairs was very loud. It stopped exactly at 00.00 hrs. Climate in the room is Hot. No airco and window open is nu option because of the loud traffic.

Newly renovated and clean. Good location. Bus stop in front of the door. Friendly personel. Pub downstairs where you can have a drink and a bite to eat. Reasonable price.

It was quite noisy from other guests. It was hot as I was on the third floor. Poor WiFi Poor thermostat control in the shower.

The room was clean, it was however very hot as I was on the third floor. The WiFi didn’t work at all for the TV or my phone which was irritating. The shower thermostat was difficult to regulate. The hand basin in the bathroom was tiny and it was difficult to even brush your teeth. There was a kettle, microwave, fridge and hair dryer available to use.

    1. They don’t answer calls, and replies to messages come very late. For example, when I requested room service and the password for Prime, the code they provided didn’t work — we had to guess a different code ourselves. 2. The Wi-Fi connection is very weak; it’s almost impossible to watch Prime Video or Netflix. 3. There is no proper room service. 4. The bathroom sink is so small that it’s difficult to wash your face or brush your teeth — it can only really be used for washing hands. 5. There is no lift, and being on the 3rd floor with a baby buggy has been a real struggle. 6. There’s no rack in the bathroom for towels or toiletries.

Good location. Near the bus stop.

There was no kettle, toaster, hairdryer, robes or chocolates in our unit as advertised. It was ROASTING on our hot day in may, even with the window open

The owner took our booking that morning after another let messed us around. Access and WiFi information was made readily available. We arrived and needed some assistance which was quick and easy to get hold of someone of the phone for assistance. The accommodation was compact and everything is in the one room but it worked for us and our needs.
