Everything was great!

Quiet and relaxing, away from tubes, traffic and noise. Comfortable, great facilities, thoughtful touches like water and drinks. Bathroom clean, good shower, big house and good sized room. Warm.

Nothing about the property, the only thing was the bus coming back , we caught the last one at around 11pm , if we had missed it we would have had to get a taxi.

Clean, fair location to where we were attending (Tottenham stadium), good free parking availability on the street , easy to understand instructions on arrival, comfortable bed.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t really like.

The property was clean, tidy and had the amenities that were needed. Including enough plug sockets for the two of us to get ready! The bed was lovely and comfortable. The host was friendly and came out and introduced herself for check in. The process went smoothly and my friend and I felt safe and secure. The hand print entry is a great tool!

A train strike obliged us to travel to London a day earlier than planned and we needed somewhere for an overnight stay, not in central London but within easy reach of King's Cross. This is a room in a tastefully-decorated property near Arnos Grove tube station (it took us 20 minutes to walk there, with suitcases). The owner sends you an entry code the day before and even I managed to open the door - I have struggled with this sort of arrangement in the past. It was certainly tranquil and we had a good night's sleep before continuing our journey. Remember to bring breakfast essentials: things like cereal bowls are provided. It did the job for us.

The location is right in the middle of a neighborhood, so you have to walk from the bus stop for a good few minutes. We don't mind walking, but if you have 4 luggages like us, it was a bit challenging.

Ashley is such a wonderful host. I'm grateful for her hospitality, for welcoming us in her beautiful home. She makes sure bookings are well communicated, as she always responds to queries. Her home is also very safe and the room is clean and tidy. The location has great access to bus stops and underground station too. We had an awesome overnight stay.

Another blanket would be a good idea for those who need the extra.

Great small details like a to go coffee cup along side a coffee machine and kettle , house was homely and beautiful. Candle was lit in the hall way when we arrived. We were able to check in a little earlier and organised this through dm message which was great .

Honestly - nothing. The booking was ideal.

I would highly recommend this booking. The room was ideal, the location was perfect (we were attending a gig at the Alexandra Palace) as there are loads of nice coffee shops/brunch spots nearby and it's very close to a tube station. The hosts were lovely - very friendly when we ran into each other, but also respected our privacy. I would stay here again.
