The location was perfect, so close to local amenities. The host had thought of absolutely everything in the vicarage. Perfect! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. A hidden gem in the heart of Tooting.

I had a fantastic stay at The Vicarage- and an incredibly warm welcome from Mitesh (the host) and Mowgli (the dog.) The place is lovely- it feels like a little oasis in inner-city London. There is an lovely big garden and the rooms are charming and well-renovated, but the loveliest aspect was the friendliness of the host and other tenants. Mitesh often provided complimentary croissants, laughs and chats and The Vicarage really felt like a home. The tube station and shops are a five minute or so walk away and you can get into central London and touristy spots easily from Tooting. The area felt safe and easy. Highly recommend this place! Thank you Mitesh and team, I’ll be back again :)

Great hospitality, clean, welcoming and friendly space. Close to metro station. In great local area, not in tourist area but close to transport links. Friendly host, snacks, treats and breakfast provided which was a nice surprise.

The only con was our room had a private bathroom but there was no toilet the toilet facilities are shared. But there are two toilets so not a massive issue.

This was an exceptional property which had a country calm feel even though it was a short walk from Tooting Broadway Station. The host was amazing and thought of every detail to ensure the guest had a memorable comfortable stay. Would highly recommend and hopefully will return.

Very little not too like, not the easiest place to get to on public transport, but we knew that from our own research

Excellent place with great people who went the extra mile. Comfortable and clean, shared facilities (Kitchen, dining room and lounge) were well organised and kept clean and tidy. Not cheap but then this is London at the end of Wimbledon fortnight and the little extras added to the value.

There really isn't anything to fault.

The property is very old and has been tastefully restored and decorated. The facilities are excellent. The host is exceptionally hospitable and very generous of his time and going above and beyond. He ensured that the refreshments and snacks were in abundance - even providing freshly baked croissants and fresh fruit for breakfast.

It was situated in a quiet yet central location in London , less than 10 minutes away from the Tooting Broadway tube station & a block from a direct bus ride to the Wimbledon Tennis Club. It was a renovated, traditional Air B&B with all the expected quaint feel. The hosts were very friendly & helpful. I would definitely look to stay here again on my next visit to London.

Very clean and modern refurbishment. The owners are constantly upgrading the property too. Easy communication throughout, with contact made via whatsapp for any information/issues. Spacious rooms and communal areas so the house never feels overrun with people.

Took me a while to get used to the door lock. Shared bathroom/toilet on the landing which, although very clean, means you need to get dressed to access it.

Beautiful house with fantastic facilities. Own private bedroom with lockable door. Very quiet, clean and tidy; didn’t even notice other people staying there. Convenient location, in walking distance to shops and transport. Parking. Very helpful staff.

Felt like home. So comfy, peaceful and spotless. Everything one would need. My host and the guests are all so lovely. So lovely I have extended my stay. I truly could not ask for more!
