We loved our stay at Kings Arms.

This was the most amazing place to stay. From the moment we arrived Daniel was very attentive. We went to Harry Potter the next morning and had the breakfast included with our stay. He had bags filled with goodies waiting for us to take! They were very well packed. Each day he discussed any questions we had. Darren, the chef, was super friendly and took good care of us in the morning. He also spent time talking with us since it was our first time in London. Our rooms were amazing. The beds were super comfortable, I wish I knew what kind of pillows they used, becuase its all I have been thinking about since home. Book this place and you won't be sorry!

The location was great. Very close to the Underground and we became very good getting around using the underground or just walking. The breakfast was very good, and we were even given a breakfast snack bag on one day when we left very early for a tour. The staff was amazing and very helpful.

The room size was small but compared to the location, staff and overall value - we were perfectly fine.

Charming unique beautiful boutique hotel. The staff was wonderful and so helpful. Location was great . Easy to get to so many places nearby. Lovely street with shops and restaurants . We loved our stay .

We were on top floor with very hot days so AC wasn’t always cooling our room . We had to get help from staff a few times to get our room cool.

Such a cozy, quiet, calm place to stay just a 5 minute walk from the action of Oxford St. check in and out was easy, the staff super friendly, and the breakfast was top notch. There’s a dedicated side entrance for guests, and just around the corner is The Attendant - a fantastic coffee shop that was a former public lavatory. It’s worth a visit. But this area has everything a visitor would need nearby, but without the noise, I had no issue sleeping. Rooms feel very recent, the shower was a dream. And if you pick the copper tub room like I did, a corner room with a gorgeous tub, you can soak anytime.. I would definitely stay here or in their sister property “the spice of life” in the heart of theater district when I next return to London.

Just be aware there are stairs up to the rooms, and the stairs are a bit narrow. Much like any older building in London. It was no issue for me but access could be an issue for some.

It had a lot of character. Each room is unique. Super cool boutique hotel. The location is fantastic.

We had an excellent overnight stay at the Kings Arms. The hotel room was immaculate, very stylish decor and very comfortable. The facilities were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and everything was very convenient for us.

The room was adorable! Loved the size of washroom and amenities in room. Bed was very comfortable and room temperature was excellent. Location was spectacular.

The decor, the staff, the location, the atmosphere of old world London. The rooms were of a high quality, we had 2 different rooms as decided to stay an extra night. We loved the individuality of the staff and their style. Breakfast was delicious and sufficient to start your day. Also, we thought being above a pub would be really noisy, however, it was mostly quiet.

In the second room, one bedside light didn't work. Attention to detail for the price paid.

The location was great, room was very comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was very large and beautifully decorated. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Ideal location, short walk to several tube stations and Oxford Circus shops. Breakfast in the bar each morning was a delight, with wonderful staff and great service. Decor in the room was beautiful. Highly recommend.

Steep stairs

Well decorated room with stunning copper tub and lovely quaint furnishings. Great water pressure and heating option for the thermostat to combat sudden freezing rain in London during my stay. Breakfast was exceptional as I was offered the full English breakfast but instead chose something else off the menu. Staff are accommodating and friendly as well.
