Sloping roof on one side of the bed meant couldn’t stand straight , but only in that one small area.

Location was perfect, in a quiet residential street, yet 10 mins walk to the station and main town. Room was lovely, fridge with milk, yogurts for breakfast. Plenty of tea/coffee . We did not hear anything from the rest of the house at all, owners are perfect hosts. Train line is behind, but no worse than a busy road, it didn’t bother us. It was unusually hot during our stay, but the room stayed pleasant due to the velux windows and double doors with Juliet balcony creating a through flow of air. the owner had also kindly put a fan in the room.

There was nothing we didn’t like. However we knew in advance the property was close to the train track and so expected to hear noise, we still slept well despite having the windows open due to staying during a heatwave.

The location is convenient for the train. The room and en-suite are very comfortable and clean. We were made to feel welcome during our stay. Drinks and snacks were provided along with toiletries.

The only small suggestion would be to add a lock on the door for extra privacy. Otherwise, everything was great!

The host was fantastic—very friendly and attentive throughout. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and the bed was super comfortable. There was a great variety of tea options and even some yoghurt, milk and the bottles of water in the mini fridge, which was a nice bonus.

This was a beautiful room which was well equipped. A very comfortable bed in an airy room. Tea, coffee, croissants, yogurt, biscuits and chilled water were all supplied. The accommodation was 5 min walk from the station and town centre and perfect for our needs.

Monika was welcoming , kind and reachable if needed. The Location is excellent. The accommodation was super clean and very well equipped. Bed was comfortable and warm enough. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Toiletries were offered, kettle and fridge are available in the room .

There is no table, so it's not the ideal place if you are on a work trip and need to sit at a table/desk for a bit. The loft conversion aspect means it's not an easy access if one struggles a bit with stairs (my adult son on crutches had quite some difficulties to get up there). The closeness to the train station also means closeness to the train tracks which are just behind the garden. My stay was in the winter, so not an issue, but in the summer, with open windows one would need ear plugs I think. The trains dont run every minute, but they start early in the morning.

The room is the converted attic of a private terraced house near the train station. It's very lovingly decorated with a very large bathroom and a comfortable bed. There was tea, coffee, milk and even some croissant provided which was lovely. The wifi worked well and the connection was cleverly done via a qr code, no faffing around with passwords. Everything was sparkling clean!

It was too near to the railway trains, so it could be a little bit too noisy.

The location was good. It was only few minutes walk into the center of Kingston which I liked. The hosts were friendly and ready to help me. The room was big and it was nice to sit by the window and look to trees. The bathroom was also big.

A lovely place to stay in Kingston, spotlessly clean, beautifully presented. Lovely en-suite facilities. Hosts were very welcoming, helpful and communication excellent.

Bed too small for 2 adults, mattress very very soft/bouncy. Pillows were far too large. Bathroom door wouldn't shut. No bedside lamps, just ceiling spotlights.
