There was nothing to complain about, just abit far away from the front for me as have bad knee. Other than that nothing.

Breakfast was amazing great value, room was very spacious,clean . Charlie & Julie-Ann were great hosts. Would definitely recommend & stay again.

We came with friends for my husband birthday... We had a Really warm welcoming from the start.... couple who owned the B & B was really lovley and polite... had an upgraded room as a present for my husbands 50th birthday from them that was really lovely of them to do that for us....the room was big and lovley everthing we required was in there the bed was really comfortable. food well that was fantastic 😋... I'm vegetarian and the food is catered to your needs on a menu anything else you can speak to them directly definitely be returning in the future ... thank you for having us in your home X

The breakfast was possibly the best we have ever experienced. The guest house provided so many extra including fresh milk, bottled water, biscuits. A fridge. Robes. Everything.

The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is absolutely exceptional (5 star hotel level). Our experience was very positively enhanced by the hosts, who are phenomenal and will ensure you that you feel right at home from the moment you set foot on the property. PS: the rooms have air conditioning, which is a must for a hot summer day.

Lovely welcoming hosts went out of their way to make sure any dietary requirements were met. Fantastic breakfast. It is a lovely clean and spacious room.. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

Nothing - we loved everything!

Was very clean and spacious. Good location! The air con was perfect after being in the sun all day. Julie-Ann & Charlie are lovely and we couldn’t ask for better hosts, they are friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was lovely, I had the buttermilk pancakes with syrup & fresh fruit and my partner had the full English breakfast and absolutely loved it. We were then given a sweet treat - raspberry & white chocolate muffins - lovely sweet treat - thank you! We Would definitely stay again as we had to cut our trip slightly short due to having an event we needed to attend. Thank you so much Julie-Ann and Charlie!

Great location, good sized room with air conditioning. Hosts were very welcoming and the breakfast was above and beyond anything I have experienced from a B&B before! Room was very clean and any needs large or small were attended to without a fuss.

We were ok , but could imagine if property was at capacity that parking may be a problem ??

Very fresh , modern and well equipped room , with everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Lovely bathroom with good shower, all spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious , many options, both continental and cooked to order.........even had a bonus of freshly baked pastries from Charlie .... excellent ! Would recommend.

Everything, the rooms are tastefully decorated, with everything you need for a comfortable stay - the air con, the decor and the fresh milk in the fridge for a brew. The communications were great, as was the welcome and breakfast - well it was brilliant and then the extra treat of freshly made blueberry muffins, what a delight.

Great location access to the town easy, and town front with great routes to areas of site seeing.i.e. Dartmouth and places like House of Marbles brilliant for the kids amazing history too. Rooms warm, clean and beautifully looked after. Breakfast amazing both Julie- Ann and Charlie work together it's so nice to see as your hosts. Thank you both for a great stay.
