Our recent stay at Swallow's Rest was memorable and incredibly relaxing. The peaceful ambiance and beautiful setting were striking from the moment of arrival. The garden was a highlight, offering tranquil surroundings and a chance to relax in nature. Meeting the chickens, geese, goats, pig and the gorgeous donkeys on site added a unique and charming touch to the experience. Watching the small birds at the bird feeders in the morning at breakfast made it a very relaxing start to each day. The incredible hospitality of the host, Jane, made our stay exceptional. Her amazing attention to detail shone through, making guests feel welcome and well-cared for. The feeling of being in a "home away from home" was especially appreciated. Swallows Rest is highly recommended for a relaxing getaway with a personal touch. It offers a lovely garden and friendly animals.

Location was beautiful. Hostess was lovely, nothing was too much trouble, breakfast was exceptional & lots of lovely little personalised touches made our stay really enjoyable😊Thank you Would highly recommend

We only stayed two night's wish it could have been longer

Property itself was very homely. Hosts were super friendly and very accommodating. We loved the home made cakes and the animals that were on site. Breakfast was very tasty too! Thank you so much for welcoming us.

Lovely B&B, spacious room with good and hot shower. Nice view over the garden to the sea. Good size guest lounge and garden to relax in. Excellent breakfast, especially the eggs!

Can not fault a thing. Everything was perfect. Lovely little touches like freshly baked cake in your room every day, which was delicious, The beds are super comfortable, the breakfast is on another level, we ate breakfast and didn't eat anything else until breakfast the next day. The owners are lovely, very warm and friendly. Exceptional value for money. We will definitely return

Loved everything about it, very friendly hosts who add all the little extras to your stay. Lovely outlook over Chesil Beach, very quiet location near to Weymouth Beach

The breakfast was magnificent. Choice and variation excellent. Quality of food outstanding.

There was not a dressing table. Also the ensuite was small. There was nowhere to put toilet bags.

The property & the garden were absolutely beautiful.Very comfortable bedroom & beds.So nicely decorated & to wake up & see the ducks,chickens & birds was a lovely bonus to our stay.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

The location was lovely could see the sea from our room. We even had binoculars so we could look at the birds.

Lovely property, stunning gardens, lots of animals wondering around - all very friendly! The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious, we had a view over the garden and the sea. The hosts were amazing, we had a tour of the gardens and animals, introduced to the pig & goats, it was fab! There is also a taxi connected to the property which is a huge bonus - if you've ever tried getting a taxi late at night in Weymouth it's usually a nightmare. Breakfast was top notch and you will find fresh cake in your room each day, what a lovely touch. We will definitely be visiting again.

Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food. A lovely property with a superb garden. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom was small and rather cramped.
