None. The location is quite multicultural and it's close to a lot of groceries, shops, and tube. Highly recommend.

Donna was super nice. Our flight was severely delayed, and she was very kind enough to accommodate my late arrival. The apartment was very clean. The bathroom was pristine, and the room was exactly as shown in the pictures. Loved it! There's also a small fridge in the bedroom, so that was a nice surprise.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Received a warm and friendly welcome from host Donna. My room was spotless and had everything i needed for my 3 night stay. The property is ideally located for exploring Brixton and only a short walk from the train station. I highly recommend this place, it's superb.

I loved everything.

Absolutely stellar location, quiet at night, every part of the building is absolutely spotless. For the price I booked it at, you would not expect accommodation so flawless. I really enjoyed my short stay. And Donna(Host) was so lovely and accommodating. And there’s a mattress warmer!! I couldn’t recommend this place enough, and I’m not exaggerating.

Note that the bathroom may be shared with another tenant/renter/traveler/guest (who is different from the host), if the host is also renting out the other room at the same time that you are staying there. The host does clean the bathrooms regularly, but the cleanliness does depend on the other person.

The bed could be a bit longer but it was okay.

It was really clean and comfortable at a low price. The location is close to the Victoria line. I had my own fridge and the bed had just the right softness. I'll come back here for sure.

My accommodation was good and the location is near fron the London tube. Mrs.Donna was nice and friendly and helpful. There were no problems at all during my stay. I would recommend to every visitor to London.

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Donna is a fantastic host, she made sure I felt right at home. The location, being so close to Brixton station, is great, good connection to the tube and bus system. The bed is super comfortable, I would definitely stay here again and can only recommend!

Amazing apartment, great location, great communication with hosts. Spacious room. Hosts are friendly and respectful of guests privacy. Instructions are clear and house rules are more than reasonable. I would definitely stay again next time I’m visiting London

The dimensions of the room (2nd floor) are quite limited, measuring approximately 6x8 feet, and the shared bathroom is located on the first floor. The flat consists of rooms that differ significantly from the images presented.

All tourist attractions necessitate a travel time of one hour or more. Train and bus stop near the residence.

It would be a great benefit to leave luggage at property as check in is usually 4pm. I was surprised that the room was not en-suite

Host blamed me for causing a leak from the shower but later apologised when they realised it was a shower fault. Long list of rules which I've never had to that extent before, eg no sanitary products in the bins ? Foyer has strong smell of stale smoke due to downstairs neighbour. The bathroom is two floors down from the bedroom which isn't clear from the advert. The bedroom is very small and it wasn't clear when booking that I wouldn't be in the room shown in the thumbnail.

Good location for the hospital I was visiting, comfortable bed and access to kettle and microwave.
