The broken door lock on the main enterance was a bit disconcerting, this should be fixed as soon as possible.

Staff were very accoodating helping us to check in early as we were going to an event. the accomodation was clean and comfortable, everything worked as it should.

It’s a little bit far from the center, but you can easily reach the center by bus. (Underground is like 20mins away by foot) Second the entrance of the property is a little bit dark. The third one is there is no elevator so need to carry your luggage to fourth floor.

Very comfortable room and very clean restroom. I stayed four night there, which is very cozy and good value to stay a while in London.

It was a bit hard to find the flat in the evening, but the owner provided instructions. If you plan on staying there, I would 100% recommend, but please be aware you need to climb a lot of stairs to get to the flat and it probably won't be accessible to a person with mobility issues.

The accommodation was very clean, well-kept, warm and welcoming. We really loved the view from the balcony. It's a perfect place to rest and recharge after a day of sightseeing. Fridge, hairdryer, kettle, bedsheets and towels are provided. It's a hotel experience for the price of a hostel bed in a shared room. The bathroom is very clean and only used by two rooms (4 people max).

The only fault was that the bathroom needed a bath mat so that it could soak up water from the sink/shower :) other than that it was perf!

I wish the window could be open bit more as it was really hot weather when I travelled.

The location was perfect for communicating, less than a minute walk for bus stop which will take you in different parts of London. The host is really kind and helpful .

The only thing that I’m not comfortable with is the stairs since the room is located in the 3rd floor. But it’s all worth it, especially with the balcony so we can get fresh air coming to the room

I really love how clean the flat is and all the furnitures are totally new! The owner manage to design the room so pleasable to stay. She really kind and nice to try her best to accomodate everything that we need. It was a great pleasure to stay at her place.

You can clearly hear the other guests in the room next door. They kept talking until late at night so it was difficult to sleep. It would also be nice to have curtains that keep the room dark.

If you are looking for silence or just sleeping, it is a good place if you go with friends it is a place that has a lot of rules and you may not feel comfortable... Clean place but the bathroom is very tiny and they say you have to dry the floor after the use, however, there was no appropriate cloth/mat/mop for it... place with many rules where you cannot take a shower after 10 pm, you cannot wear shoes and I also found self check in is very confusing.
