Very close to Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate Station. Hyde Park very close for a nice walk. Paddington is lovely, so nice and clean. Lovely area for brunch and coffee. Staff here were very friendly and helpful. Bedroom was what you would expect for London, small but had everything we needed. Bathroom was lovely, very big and powerful shower.

Hotel was nice, clean and modern and in a great location to travel around the city easily.

The hotel charges £25 per night to use a cot if you have a baby with you. This price is ridiculous for simply using a cot. We stayed for 5 nights so saved ourselves some money and bought a brand new cot from Argos for a fraction of the price we would’ve paid otherwise

Convenience to train station, great value for money in London- we just needed a room to sleep, staff were so welcoming and friendly- felt safe, comfy bed and great bathroom. All newly refurbished I think? Dropped our bag off and returned about 11 pm and bag in room waiting got us. Lovely walk to Kensington Gardens and into town. Great cafes nearby for breakfast.

Nothing. We didn’t expect too much for the overnight price but all exceeded our expectations.

The staff were superb! Very bubbly & friendly. The room itself was ideal. Had everything we could have wanted & was extremely quiet, which was surprising given the location.

There was nothing to dislike about the property

This was amazing value for money. A newly appointed room, all to a good standard. Quiet and comfortable. Five minutes from Paddington station. All staff I met were polite and helpful. I would stay again.

Nothing. There were no hotel facilities other than a small check in area and my room but that is exactly what I wanted.

We were on the top floor. The room was spacious and new. It has a parquet flooring, not carpet (very important decision factor for us). The reception guys were helpful. We met three different ones at different times during our stay. The location is great, just a few mins from Paddington station as well as to Hyde Park.

The window glasses are thin, you can hear all the noises from outside. The stairs are narrow, which is not a big deal. But as I had an injured ankle, I did request for a lower room but that was not met. However, I believe we did end up in a bigger room, so that made up for it.

The location was great as it was a walking distance to public transport and ubers can easily stop nearby. The room was new refurbished, it was clean and new and the aircon was working amazingly (especially during the tine we went in the summer). Staff were friendly too.

The room we had was next to the reception. We could hear every sound. People passing by, phones ringing, conversations. It wasn’t a bother until morning.

Biblob was amazing! So friendly and happy to talk with us!

finally a hotel that doesn't has carpets but laminated floor so gives you the reassurance of cleanliness. Big room for London standards.

There was a little hair I found on the towels provided by the hotel which I know is easily done when washing, but it wasn’t very pleasant.

Location great, rooms very good with sockets near bed and modern decor.

Nothing was great. Shame fully booked for next week. Was on ground floor so no stairs to navigate either.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and it's a fantastic location close to Paddington. The room looked exactly like the photos. The bathroom was very clean and modern. It had everything you need for a base to explore London.

It was a shame that there were some stains on the bedsheets. The rest of the room was very clean, so we think this was an oversight and hope that it will be corrected for future guests.

Location was good for Paddington Station and it was clean.

I specifically requested a room not in the basement due to severe claustrophobia. Message from hotel said they would try snd accommodate but then heard nothing. In arrival was given a triple basement room. I could not se ti get through to member of staff that this was problematic for us. The room was a basement with a window with bars below street level, no double glazing and also steps down from the street that anyone could access. Felt unsafe but also very CLAUSTROPHOBIC!
