The room was a bit small, so I can imagine it being annoying for people who would spend a bit longer than we did in the room. We were out for 12 hours a day so it was only needed for 2 hours to wind down before sleeping but those who have come just for a concert or event and not particularly to sight see might feel a bit closed in. The bar area is quite large, but as a none alcohol drinker at £4 for a bottle of water i wouldn't be able to spend too long in there.

Beds were very comfy, loved watching the planes landing and taking off from my bed via the room window. Was amazed at just how close we were in view of the runway, but when the windows are closed, you cannot hear them, so they'd be no annoyance for those who aren't too keen. The complimentary breakfasts are very generous and offer a wide selection for different cultures/visitors from all parts of the world! Very modern rooms with modern tvs, which allowed my son to stream apps like Disney and Netflix from our phones to the tv - with super fast WiFi. Towels were changed daily, and the room was cleaned daily whilst you were out

We stayed while Jehovas Witness conference was being held and the noise outside till well after 3 am was shocking and could not sleep which spoilt an otherwise very nice stay. I was suprised a staff member did not go out to ask them to be quiet. Saying all the above we would stay again , just not at the same time as their conference Picky but one more thing need to be able to make toast with breakfast

Lifts didnt seem to work properly. Was going to every floor except the one i was on. Pressed the required button for the floor and tried card swipe. None worked. Ended up using the stairs several times.

Wasn't too keen on the sofa bed it was really hard to sleep on and kept knocking our legs along the side of the metal legs

Staff were very friendly, room wasn't ready so they gave us a free drink whilst we waited. Only had to wait around 20 minutes. Room was clean & spacious! Was there for a festival at the dock yard so location was spot on!

I would note that while service, food and everything was all excellent, there was a noticeable downturn in the quality of service for the last 2 days of my stay (Mon & Tues) - poor service and communication when ordering food and drink at night. For example, I was left waiting 20 mins for my drink order and had to remind the staff member before they prepared it. I also had to wait 45 mins for my food. When speaking with the staff member, I found their tone dismissive and curt. On my final morning, the breakfast was noticeably poorer quality with stale bread and cooked breakfast that had clearly been left under the lamps too long - not hot enough and yet dry with a skin on the eggs. I don’t want to overstate the above I found all of this surprising as it has never been my experience staying in this hotel previously. I have always found the staff friendly, relaxed and professional which is one of the reasons I stay here. And the team were this way for the first 3 days of my stay so it was noticeable when I saw a change.

The room was not cleaned properly, debris on the floor, some hair. Clearly not the right level of attention is being applied to the upkeep. The second bed in the room for 4 was very poor as it was a metal frame from a foldable sofa. Noise from planes and trains.

Hotel looks modern, staff was friendly, location next to Silverworks Island.

Bar and reception staffed by the same person so slow to order. Didn't acknowledge my booking note at all. Inconsiderate idiot blaring music out thumping through the walls / ceeling for a good few hours!

Great size room and bathroom, nicely arranged for 3 people. Lovely and clean. Right by airport but not disturbed by noise. Polite and helpful staff. Love Moxy foyers with great details like a pool table and Photo Booth.
