The TV never worked - ever! Reported it and it eventually was seen to (not fixed), but too late to do anything about it. The balcony doors couldn’t be locked (no key). No fan or air-conditioning during a heat wave (asked for a fan). Only one chair for two adults (asked for second chair - no luck). Very little wardrobe space. No extra linen, (top sheet) took the doona/duvet out of the cover and used that by itself as a top sheet during the continuous heat wave. No where for the toilet paper to hang and had to sit it on the floor. Double bed with double bed sized linen - too small for 2 adults. The bedside light was not a bedside light, lit up the whole room, could NOT use it when the other person wanted to sleep. No lamp/light/power point on the other side of the bed (near the ensuite). This is probably enough for now.

Central Heating system was good. Room and kitchen fully equipped

I stayed here for 18days too long. And it’s expensive. Far from everything! All my Uber bookings cannot find this place!!! Walls and stairs are paper thin and there are permanent tenants above so you hear everything and the closing/banging of main doors too disturbing - they should fix so people who are in and out unable to bang them (I had to buy door blockers to ease the noise) Permanent tenants cook every night and does not turn on exhaust so if you stay in the room close to the kitchen - the smell lingers. Do not take/misplace any of the towels or sheets - the cleaner watches them like a hawk and you will be charged and take it out your security deposit (thank me for warning you) Bathroom ceiling was constantly leaking. Cleaner does not clean inside air fryer, oven, microwave and does not clean/sweep/mop kitchen floors and when I arrived the bathroom sink was absolutely nasty - it’s big rectangular shape and the dirt does not drain properly and all residue was left dry and all got stuck and I was left to scrub it!

The location was so peaceful and quiet, but so easy to walk to nearby dlr and bus stops. Loved having a balcony and private fridge in the room, made all the difference in the hot weather! Host was so responsive and happy to help!

The room can get quite warm, but we were kindly provided with a fan to help us out!

Very clean and modern facilities. Clear instructions, online check-in guide and quick response to messages. Felt very safe and it wasn't too noisy either in the day or night.

Not enough selection of utensils in the shared kitchen e.g. barely any spoons and other cutlery.

Newly refurbished, top equipments. But it’s directly to the street, too noisy for sleep.

I liked the presentation the look of the property and the way it was set up.

The shower facilities were not functioning the thing that you hang your clothes on in the bathroom was stuck on by glue which came loose. It’s very tight and small and claustrophobic cramped. Under the bed was filthy and dirty. The tv remote was none existent and I could never find it. Hanging your clothes up wasn’t very functional. So overall the room wasn’t worth it was not a luxury stay and I won’t be coming back. Travellodges are much more preferred by myself.

The location was great. Very handy to have free parking.

The room was quite small. Nice to have a kitchen but the room with direct access to the Kitchen made us uncomfortable to even try to use it. We could hear clearly when someone was walking in the corridors.

Recently renovated and equipped with everything necessary for a short stay. The communication was also quick and clear! The location is great - very close to a bus stop, but in a calm, residential area. Good selection of restaurants, bars, and some grocery stores in a walking distance.

The rooms aren't very soundproof, so you can hear your neighbours and everything going in in the hallway. The mattress was too soft for my taste, but that is rather a personal preference

Seems the host had placed limitations to the internet access. Which shouldn’t be Couldn’t surf even shopping sites

The location was great, near the river and near a part with an underground tunnel to the other side and not too far from the city. A very wonderful and quiet neighborhood.

Only a few things that could have been better. We were given 2 rolls of toilet paper which didn't last, the blinds to the patio were broken off, the only chair in the room back was broken & we weren't given facial size wash clothes (all large towels).

Location is quite good, close to Island Garden underground. There is a small supermarket close to the Island Garden if needed. Room was comfortable. Anna is so kind and attentive.

In 9 days they cleaned the room only once. Kitchen was really dirty. The main door is tricky to find.

The location was great for us - just a five-minute walk to the DLR, which takes you to Canary Wharf. From there, you can catch the Elizabeth or Jubilee lines. The DLR also goes directly to the Bank station if you need to get to the city centre. Plus, you can easily reach Greenwich by crossing the Greenwich Foot Tunnel.

Our room faced the street and was quite noisy day and night due to the buses and cars passing right outside the window. The room was also a bit small. Since it's a house converted into a guest house, you can hear fellow travelers using the stairs at all hours.

The location was very feasible with train station and beautiful walks around. Bed and the room was very comfortable. We arrived couple hours early and asked for an early check in which was granted right away. Will surely stay again for bother work and leisure.

I stayed one night and had a great experience. The room was well-illuminated and the bed was very comfortable. It was also pleasantly quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Highly recommend!
