A spacious room on the first floor of a large property on the edge of Chichester. Good parking, on bus route to city centre, although the buses run infrequently. However, just 18 minute walk to cathedral area. Breakfast cooked to order, with good coffee.

We stayed during the July heatwave. Perhaps not surprisingly, the room was very hot, but the conditions were exceptional.

The location; easy parking; but most of all, the welcoming 'Home from Home' service you receive from owners Dat & Kitty throughout your stay.

Good breakfast, clean room, and ideally located off the road.

The only downside was slightly cramped shower and, if I had wanted it, no easy place to grab a bite of supper

Easy to park and the drive into Chichester was quick. Host was very friendly and the property was very clean.

It was all fine

Spacious room, good facilities, superb breakfast, comfortable bed, plenty of parking and great location. Friendly hosts.

The room a little small but acceptable

the room was quite large and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the room was quiet and a good shower.

It was just a little out from the centre.

Breakfast was very good, the room was well presented. Very clean too. Good parking room.

Friendly hosts. Comfy room. Exceptionally clean. Lovely breakfast. Good shower. Close to both the Roman Palace and all the delights of Chichester. Good road links to Portsmouth, Petworth, Arundel and the coast.

Wash basin was too small and shallow to allow for a comfortable wet shave.

Breakfast choices could have been better and menu would have helped No fruit juice on our first morning

We stayed for 4 nights for what proved to be a difficult personal time. Our hosts were welcoming, friendly and supportive. Flexible with breakfast requirements each day 😊. Room was a great size and very comfortable. Location is good for the city and surrounding areas. Would definitely look at staying again and recommend.

The owners were wonderful and helpful nothing was to much trouble. We would stay agian if we were in the Chichester area. Thank you.

Our hosts were very warm and friendly. Chichester Cathedral, the Bishop's Garden, Fishbourne Palace and Tesco were within easy walking distance.

Home from home run by a charming couple Dat & Mitty. I feel like part of the family. Excellent room, food & in a convenient spot for reaching anywhere in Sussex. A huge supermarket within walking distance. Pretty places like Bosham & Chichester nearby & the Roman Palace in Fishbourne itself. Thanks to D&K.

The host dat was very accommodating and friendly. The food was great and there was no extra noise or people coming or going. To be honest that was probably me and my partner but they didn't complain about it, We appreciated that. The room was clean the towels were soft, the shower was good and the location was great as myself and my partner were going to west Wittering for a beach day. Would recommend and stay again.

The only thing was no black out curtains which as summer time is here brought bright morning light in the room from 5-6am onwards which woke us up.

Owners very polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good.
