Breakfast was lovely. Quality produce. Warm pastries and toast, with yogurt and fresh orange juice. Breakfast was delivered to the room in the morning at a time agreed. The location was absolutely gorgeous. The grounds were picturesque. Set in the countryside with horses in the fields. The room itself was lovely. Very clean and homely. The bed was super comfy. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room. Small TV but we didn't need it for our stay. Free Wi-Fi.

The only thing that we found fault with was the shower. It wasn't that powerful and was quite hot, even after adjusting the temperature. This was a very minor issue though. Everything else was perfect.

We weren't really here for very long as we were travelling for an activity the following day but Jacqui the owner was very welcoming on arrival and warned us about a couple of temporary issues with the room. The bed was very comfy and my wife slept well which is rare. The continental breakfast was delivered to the room on-time and was very tasty with plenty of it to keep us going for the day. It's a lovely isolated (if a bit tricky to spot as signage is restricted in the area) little place on a small hill and we could have happily spent a couple of days there.

    Nothing comes to mind.

The hosts were absolutely lovely (and so were the dogs and horses) Loved the look of the place Loved the location Loved the peace and quiet Loved the shower. Parking....just so relaxing to be able to park so easily even in a big van on the property near the room ... The room itself and ensuite were very good

No opening upper windows to let the heat escape, it was like a furnace all night and i just lay on the bed all night sweating. The only opening window opened at the bottom behind a table so hard to reach and not good ventilation privacy or security. I would suggest a small air conditioning unit for hot summer days The trees need trimming as my van now has scratches on the roof. I'd happily stay here again ,but only on cooler weeks and if I was in a car that cleared the overhanging trees. Sadly, I am only in the area each summer for a couple of weekends and in my van. What a shame as I love this place. Don't let this review put you off as this is a terrific place to stay and I was there during sweltering weather too and would stay again, but only in cooler weather.

Breakfast was basic. Croissant, toast, juice, yogurt, tea or coffee. Milk in fridge on arrival was sour. 1 tea bag. Obviously not checked before we arrived. Was greeted with "I will bring you some milk and the card machine so you can pay"

A very quiet location, 10 minutes to a lovely riverside pub with good meals.

There are some okay b and b's, some good b and b's and some wonderful b and b's. With Hunger I let you draw your own conclusion.

Peaceful room in beautiful countryside, lovely rainfall shower, lovely shower gel and hand wash, comfortable mattress, nice continental breakfast, friendly and welcoming host and the dogs are very cute

This is purely personal to us, pillows were a little too soft, metal frame bed was uncomfortable on your back when sitting on the bed, and wouldn't recommend the metal frame bed for a tall person. Biscuits on the tea tray and shampoo in the shower would be a bonus (I forgot my shampoo so couldn't wash my hair!)

Had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Nice & clean, owner was very friendly and the breakfast was nice and fresh.

Bathroom was a little chilly. Accommodation not entirely private, overlooked by main house. However, due to the short stay we didn't mind.

Great setting, rural with views, very attractive equestrian property with stables and paddocks. The main family house bordered an enclosed courtyard and the adjoining annex with its own entrance lobby and bedroom with en-suite looks onto this courtyard. All was very well presented clean and comfortable. Jaqueline and Steve were friendly and welcoming hosts. Continental breakfast was served in the room. Thank you for a very comfortable stay c
