Some parts needed updating/repair. Windows didn’t close properly. There was no information in the hotel room such as how to contact reception, restaurant opening times etc.

Great location and lovely breakfast. Parking was also a bonus.

Location, Location, Location! The close proximity to the beach and the Pier is the biggest asset of the hotel. Rooms seem to have been refurbished since my last visit. Netflix on the TVs was a great way for the kids to relax after a day on the beach.

Parking seemed to get full on a busy day. We were lucky to find space. Breskfast could have had more selection.

I liked the room and the location. The staff was also excellent and very welcoming.

The water pressure was not great, it could be much better, especially in the tap. The hot water was working perfectly. There was only one lift, so it was a bit tricky going in/out during 'peak hours'.

The location was excellent, just in front of the beach. The staff was kind and helpful. The beds and pillows were comfy, the room size was very decent. Besides, there was a kettle in the room to do tea and coffee. You get a discount if you'd like to use the services from their partner hotels, for example, we went to the Oceana Spa and it was great. We've also hear we could have used the swimming pool from the other hotels they partner with (they were next to the Oceana Spa).

Only got water on the first day complimentary . For a four star hotel you think they give you water threw your stay after all hotel wasn’t cheap. Only two tissues in the box no one bother topping up nor the soap dispensers.I mentioned my visit was for my birthday and if they could do something nice etc . They didn’t even wish me happy birthday. We stayed there 3nights

The only thing that I didn't like was that there was no small fridge in the room.

I loved the location right by the sea front 😍 I also found the staff very helpful approachable. And came through for me when I was not happy with the room that I booked. Came through for me with an upgrade on my room. So thank you very much

There is a fee of £14 per day to park subject to availability as it states at the hotel. Even if there is 20 spaces they want you to pay. Not always someone at the bar if you want a drink. It was clean, just dusty as on the main road.

The cleaning standards of the room weren't great. We returned after room clean and the bath was still dirty and didn't look like it had been hovered.

The hotel was in an excellent location, directly across from the beach and just around the corner from the town centre. The hotel is lovely inside and the staff are friendly and attentive. Would definitely return.

The mattress in our room was slanted downwards so we kept sliding down the bed. The breakfast was quite basic, with one of the staff somewhat not very friendly, but the others were polite however. Any vegetarian items had to be ordered, they were not included at the breakfast bar. Would recommend larger coffee mugs for the machines because the amount the machine dispenses is larger than it can be contained in the small cups and the drinks overspilled.

Great location by the beach, room had ample sea views and was very clean and newly decorated. The room was quiet and with decent sound proofing from the hallway. The free parking was very handy as all the facilities, the beach, restaurants and shops were within walking distance. This is a charming medium sized hotel that overall we enjoyed staying at.

Room a bit noisy as next to door on staircase. Need some rubber around door to soften noise. Breakfast basic but fine

Rooms were tiny and very hot with basic toiletries in the bathroom. Lift was really slow and did break down during our stay.

It only had access via stairs which was tricky with a buggy.

We were given a family room due to the size of our booking. We have stayed in lots of family rooms but this was huge. It was decorated beautifully and we had an abundance of space.
