The bathrooms were dirty. There wasn’t any internet (requested three times) there was a lady sleeping in bathroom and there wasn’t any hot water in other two showers

Unfortunately, the rooms were on a storey with a bar on the ground floor which makes it noise, bear smell and smoke smell. That was a no for me.

It was very noice in side and infront of the motel the staf of the bar gathered infront of the motel and thier discusion were very laoud which made me not sleep and when asked them with pkease , and please but the man started shouting

The shared toilet quickly deteriorated to an awful, unacceptable state. Too disgusting to use. Dragging suitcases from the nearest Tube stop and then up the stairs of the place was not fun, but part of the deal, I guess. We checked in late at a pretty raucous bar, but the staff was attentive and helpful, and the room was far enough from the bar that we weren't bothered by the noise from the bar.

The staff was very helpful. The morning staff member helped us leave our luggage in a safe place after check-out time while we picked up a rental car. Brava to her.

The place should be removed from booking.com I didn’t like the room. The rooms are not secure. The rooms are below basic. The furniture was falling apart. The fridge needed cleaned out. The carpets were worn, and the smell of stale smoke was evident, probably coming from the old carpets. You get what you pay for. Next time pay more & stay somewhere that’s not noisy until 2am in the morning.

loud music that thunderously played and caused the floorboards to rumble til 1.30 both Friday and Saturday night. Then other guests slamming the doors constantly with comings and going till 1.30 and then again at 6.30am. Random people knocking on our doors during the night asking for people!! Canabis filled the top floor with its stench, very limited sleep as a result of these issues. not the way we’d wanted to spend my daughters Birthday treat to London.

parking availability , beautiful old style pub , beds were comfortable. greeted by I’m presuming the female manager, couldn’t of been more friendly and helpful when asked for extra pillows or place to park etc. sorted our door keys out as well. An absolutely wonderful person, heart of the pub.

Hi, the management did not comply original booking, gave our booked room to another, we had to wait for another room to be available, not trustworthy, if you’ve travelled from afar and arrived and told your booked room was given to another you have to wait for one that will be made available, that’s ridiculous, something you don’t want to hear when you are very tired and want to relax your back. Not polite when responding to messages.
