You cannot open the windows. The basin in the bathroom has a weird design, too wide a border in the front makes it difficult to use

    The location is very convenient.

The door is more of a sliding glass so keep that in mind if you’re sharing the room with someone. Not uncommon for hotels but worth a mention

The property was sleek and the staff was super accommodating. Lot of restaurants and other activities close by. The beds were amazing and the room was very spacious and neat. The breakfast was also included in the booking and it was delicious

The room for three was too small, a cubicle. It was not clean: we found a dirty teabag in the kettle and one towel was dirty. Welcome kit in the room insignificant.

Position: close to the city centre, to the venue of the show we attended and to the airport. The staff was super nice and welcoming.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable, breakfast was busy, waiting/ breakfast staff allowed people with designer bags to queue jump, how does that give preferential treatment? Had to wait for some hot breakfast items to come out but good breakfast. Staff need to be more aware of items needing to be restocked, breakfast was busy and pastries/ pancakes seemed to take an age to be restocked.

Clean, close to transport into the main attractions, easy walk for more able bodied.

Reception seemed quite short staffed, and often there was nobody there and had to wait quite a while for someone to appear. NO reflection on the staff working as they were fantastic and were obviously really busy, just seemed to be not enough of them

The vanity counter in the bathroom is positioned too high, and the countertop is quite deep, making the tap difficult to reach even for an adult. The sliding door that serves both the closet and the bathroom could pose a safety risk if two people attempt to use the closet and the bathroom entrance at the same time.

Breakfast was excellent, with fresh drinks and well-prepared meals. The hotel appears to have undergone recent renovation, giving it a modern and refreshing atmosphere.

The bed is uncomfortable, the breakfast quality is below average, the cleaning does not meet professional standards, there is no luggage service, and the accommodation is overpriced.

The interior is newly renovated, and the reception staff are professional.

The sofa bed had a stained mattress protector on it. But was changed promptly. The main mattress was noisy and somewhat uncomfortable.

The staff and facilities generally. Ideally placed between centre and Murrayfield.

The windows don't open, only the air conditioning. The room is definitely tiny for three people and three suitcases.

The hotel is clean, the breakfast is very good, and everything is fresh. The rooms are quite small. The bathroom is nice and comfortable. It's well-located for exploring Edinburgh. A plus is the hotel's parking, although it costs extra. It's fine for a short stay.
