The staff was amazing. Location to Ben Nevis was great, you can't get closer to the trail. The whole building was extremely clean. It is a hostel, so don't expect hotel amenities. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was well stocked and clean. The sitting areas were really nice.

We didn't have anything that put us off. This is a hostel and it met those expectations. There is not a lot of parking, so you may not get a spot.

Very clean, high-quality facilities. Exceptional standard for a hostel, and a remarkable location right next to Ben Nevis. Really was a cool place to stay at an exceptionally fair price for the standard.

If anything slightly arbitrary rules about bar being closed when staff were still there - can't complain, not sure if it is a licensing issue or not.

Staff were friendly and attentive, explained everything very clearly at check-in, and even phoned as we were running late to make sure all was OK. Location is amazing, right at the foot of Ben Nevis with easy access to start climbing. Room as expected, aside from cleanliness (see below). Nice and quiet throughout the night.

Several hairs on bed and bedding, one sheet had a stain, bins not changed since last occupant.

Modern, clean, spacious bedrooms. Very reasonably priced.

Amazing location at the start of the Pony Track upto Ben Nevis. Lovely communal facilities and people.

Location. Newly build youth hostel.Organization of kitchen. The common fridge and food storage shelf were so organized. Complementary tea and coffee section was practical ( we could use Moka pot, small and large tea pot ) Underneath of bed, there was rolling storage box it could be used as a seating. Thoughtful design. The front staff let us Early check in. That day was so stormy we chenged our plan arrived earlier than expected. We could make our lunch at the kitchen, it comforted us so much. The common room had fantastic view of mountain.

In room toilet needs more cleaning. The shower was not hot enough. The mattress was uncomfortable. Check out at 10am, we had to leave the building couldn't stay at the lounge or the kitchen. Some hostel they allow guests to stay in the building after 10 am check out but not this hostel.

Good facilities and friendly people

Nothing bad

The location is fantastic for hiking Ben Nevis, with routes starting just across the road. The place was clean, dorm rooms very spacious and well thought out with plenty of toilets and showers on each floor. A nice big kitchen with plenty of fridge space and cooking facilities. Big common area with inside and outside seating.

If you don't have a car, you will find the location a bit far from the main town

The location is awesome, surrounded by mountains, the river.. perfect for excursions enjoying nature.

The breakfast isn't worth what you pay for it, and during our stay, the kitchen was overcrowded at dinner.

A complete and full equipped common kitchen, overall cleaning wad good, and the shower is nice

Pay more than 100£ for a double room with bathroom, and don’t have towels, not even hand towel is bot acceptable, even in an Hostel. Plus, the beds need renovation - very noisy even at each minor movement and mattress also not good.

The hostel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Staff were very helpful and friendly . Facilities were excellent. I would highly recommend staying here

Everything! It was clean. The views were amazing, the beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly and the kitchen was well equipped.

Modern-looking lobby

Lobby very loud if a group is present. Unmotivated, desinterested staff. Mattress lain through
