Pink bed sheets made it feel at home , the table especially 10/10

A convenient location The flat was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. Staff was friendly and helpful.

1. Location, close to shops and restaurants 2. Property is on the whole clean - carpets, bedding, bathroom and kitchen 3. I paid £38 for a fairly large room with a double bed and two singles. 4. It's quite safe, many locks on doors.

1. My bedroom had no wardrobe, table or dresser just literally only beds. Not a massive issue as I was there for the night but this would irk me if I stayed longer. 2. There were no towels, I reported this but wasn't given any. I think ordinarily they would provide them but we didn't get any :S 3. Kitchen needs a bin and toaster. 4. Toilet door and windows need attention 5. There is WiFi but you got to message them on booking.com to get this. Should really be on a welcome letter in the room or something. 6. Maybe consider putting a chest of drawers or cupboard in the dining room area for towels, bedsheets, iron, board, etc.

Good location. Comfortable. Clean. Not much to complain about.

You get what you pay for, and I needed somewhere to stay last minute and it’s the cheapest available. For being the cheapest thing in London I was pretty happy

It was a very expensive room. For that much money, you can get a room with an attached bathroom. The entire property had three rooms and only one attached bathroom. There was no equipment in the kitchen, not even a fridge. These guests who had come from Pakistan ordered a fridge from their relatives and placed it there. After that, they brought a new, small one.

The bedroom itself and bathroom have been recently refurbished. Bedroom and bathroom were clean. Other guests were quiet and respectful.

The whole place sadly isn’t up to scratch. It needs a lot more work to finish things off and to make it safe. There are no chairs or bedside tables anywhere. The windows didn’t close. There is no wifi. The kitchen shown in the photos is missing a fridge and the only place to put food away is in another kitchen one floor down which is extremely dirty. The front door wasn’t secure and easy to pop open with a fork etc and was often just left ajar. No handrails on the steep stairs. Paint splash marks also on them everywhere. There were exposed wires and no smoke detectors at all so it’s generally unsafe. Building materials left in the entrance way. The host’s manager was communicative but the host himself was uncontactable. We are still awaiting a refund almost 3 weeks later.

Really convenient spot, just a few minutes from Tooting Bec Underground which made getting around super easy. The flat was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials for a hassle-free stay

It was in a very bad state. Noting closer to what it was shown on the site. The entrance was dirty with garbage bins, the kitchen was messed up and no one even told me where the bathroom was as no one was around. So no proper information.

Entrance way was dirty and smelly with rubbish lying about. Door to premises was unfinished chipboard. Shared stairwell was grubby. Bathroom window was dirty and was not frosted glass, so no privacy provided. Mattress was covered by some kind of plastic bag. Overall very poor.

Very convenient location, close to Tooting Bec Underground Station which made it easy to get there and around, not far from Wimbledon either. The flat itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a stress-free stay.

Nothing really stood out, had a great experience overall.
