    The location is excellent.

My stay was horrendous. The place is filthy. The room has damp, a broken window that does not shut so is a security issue. The bathroom was filthy. Broken toilet seat. The shower floods the floor. Bath mats stinking. My sheets were stained and had hair in them. Towel old. There was no fire alarm on the first floor - illegal. Information non existent prior to check in. I called the owners, I text them, I messaged them on booking.com no reply. Customer services unhelpful. I’m still awaiting a refund but no one is replying. I will do a charge back if this is not resolved. Don’t stay here.

Wasn't far from Euston train station easy finding pulib transport also place to stay was easy to find

The bathroom was very dirty shower floor hadn't been cleaned my room was dirty had not been cleaned or floor cleaned or brushed chewing gum old stuck on floor been there for a while also chewing gum on side of table near bed which i didn't remove I wouldn't recommend anyone staying there and yes it was cheap enough price you can't expect top class room but you at least expect a simple thing like being cleaned that's what anyone would expect not dirt my bed sheets were at least clean on bed oh yes only 2 hand towels not even 1 bath towel and no slippers which they said would be included which I didn't expect there being anything like slippers yes it's a thumbs down from me won't be stopping there again they've got a cheek asking for money it's a disgrace they shouldn't be on booking. Com it was bad enough for myself never mind if it's a family I only had one shower and still felt unclean

the best thing about it was the proximity to Euston underground station. 2 min walk. Absolutely great! Then, if you love indian food, even better, because all the neighbourhood is filled with indian shops and restaurants. Sheets were clean, too (not ironed but clean) and towels as well.

I do not know how things work in London but for an European standard the money I paid for this room was an absolute indecency! the place is not well kept (painting off the walls, bathroom at bare minimum in terms of hygiene and cleanliness), the room was minuscule. 'my luck' - i had to move from one room to another because the owners decided so (they left somebody in a room for one more night so i had to check in a provisory room, where the day after other people arrived so i had to move in the one assigned for my whole stay). That meant that i had to carry my backpack with me all day long, from 10 am to evening, 8 pm, when i came back to my room. I was offered the possibility to check in at 11.30 (where, exactly I was supposes to wait I do not know, since the check out was at 10 am) instead of 2pm (regular time for check in) but I had things to do so I couldn't go back and forth to do so. And it was noisy in that period - works in the street.

Actually, it is unclear from definition on site, but it consists of four separate rooms with only one shared bathroom and kitchen. No rooms have private bathroom. Rooms are extremally small. In my "room for three" free space on the floor was enough for bags only, after them was not free floor for us. In fact, it is about one or bit more than square meter of floor, where stay armchair and in where opens the door. Our rum didn`t have conditioner and if you open window, you will smell kitchen of Indian restaurant. Before check in, owner didn`t send us info how to enter and we had to phone him, standing next to closed door Also, it wasn`t toilet paper in bathroom. I wrote to owner but hi didn`t answer and provided paper next day. I do not recommend this property to anyone
